  In Lehi, door to door salesmen must have a license to do so, AND EVEN THEN, they are not permitted to knock on doors that have no soliciting signs up. The salesperson who just came to my door couldn't produce the permit, ignored the sign, and persisted even after I told him multiple times I was not interested. Even after I cited Lehi law he persisted. No respect. Obviously the behavior was trained into him, or screened for during the hiring process. He was wearing a Bartlett Roofing shirt. Your door to door reps may think that "No Soliciting" signs have the same validity as those "Facebook you do not have my permission to use my photos" posts, but that's not the case. It is a misdemeanor to solicit people in Lehi that have no soliciting signs posted. And why not call the police since we're being harassed when we have a sign up? Because this person now knows where I live and I know nothing about them. I know everyone has to make a dollar, but this is an intrusion on our personal space. You think it's rude when company stops by personally without a text first? How about the fourth door to door rep (for various services) in two weeks, each time upsetting your dog and forcing the whole house to reign in the dog, and answer (already upset, KNOWING it's going to be some solicitor bird-dogging for a roofing company). We save every business card we're given at the door and there's not a chance that we or anyone we know would ever buy from one of these companies that disregard our no soliciting sign.

  I wouldn’t say this was the worst experience we’ve had, but it was certainly far from the best. The process started out very well, and our initial interactions gave us confidence in the company. Unfortunately, once the actual roof replacement began, the experience quickly turned into a series of frustrations and problems. The work was performed by third-party contractors who appeared to have little concern for cleanliness, attention to detail, or the overall appearance of the property during the project. There were instances of work continuing after dark, which raised concerns about the quality of workmanship. We also experienced property damage, including holes in our siding, that added to our disappointment. Communication was another major issue. After our initial point of contact left the company, it became extremely difficult to get consistent information or support. It seemed like every time we reached out, we were handed off to a different person. Throughout the entire project, I don’t believe I spoke with the same representative more than twice, making it difficult to get questions answered or concerns addressed efficiently. While the project started with promise, the lack of communication, quality concerns, and property damage ultimately left us dissatisfied with the overall experience.

  Be careful with this company. They will come to your house offering free inspections, and discounts and after 6 months of work done, they will send you extra bill.

  The managers and sales folks were really nice but they didn't fix the leak! Lots of water was pouring onto our piano during the latest storm. They're quite hard to get a hold of too. (In fact, I'm hoping this review will spur them to contact me!)

  My experience with Bartlett Roofing has been terrible. My daughter, who lives in a large home in South Jordan, recommended them. My house is much smaller in a Midvale neighborhood. The roofers, none of which speak any English, didn't finish the job in one day like they did my daughters. When we called the sales rep, he said they don't know how to roof our carport. What?! He came to our house and knew what roofing was needed. They left all of their stuff at my house, a dumpster with flat tires in my driveway, and have no idea when the roof will be completed. Really expected more from this company. I feel like because we are older and live in a "poor" neighborhood, they could care less about any customer service.

  They did a great job! Great communication all the way through the process...Emily was amazing! The roofing crew was very professional and respectful of the property. Very reasonable priced and I feel like I was treated with honesty & respect. I would definitely recommend them!

  I'm thrilled with the roof repair service I received. The team's efficiency was impressive, completing the job in record time.   Everyone I spoke with was very good at getting back to me quickly with answers to my many questions. Especially Jason our project manager and Alex our final inspector. Both the roofing crew and crew replacing our gutters showed up on time and worked quickly. Our new roof and gutters look great!

  Severin was a great help with going through the process to file a claim with the insurance company. He knows what you need to know. He made this possible. The roofers worked very hard and did a quality instalation which is an upgrade from what the roofing was. I highly recommend them!

  After doing an amazing job on my roof, Bartlett roofing replaced my parents roof and once again hit it out of the park! They are quick and professional and clean up thoroughly after the work is done. Jeremy was so knowledgeable and communicated so well throughout the entire process from the sell all the way to the end of the job. The foreman on the job also was so professional and considerate. He communicated everything they did with me and kept me in the loop. One day they worked so late into the evening because we weren’t home. I’m sure they preferred to get the work done when the sun wasn’t baking them! As soon as we drove up they immediately stopped working and were gone before I realized it. They were extremely considerate and the workers were so respectful. The work they did was flawless too. I have now referred them to many of my friends and family.

  Guys did fantastic, here at 7am and stayed until 9pm when the job was done... The roof looks great, I would recommend Bartlett Roofing to anyone needing a new roof... I have recommended multiple times and they are currently doing a roof for someone I told.
