I understand you paid a $2,000 deposit and were refunded $1,500 when the contract called for $1,750, and that our initial refund attempt was inadequate — that falls short of the service you should have received. We’ve escalated this to our billing and management teams and will review your contract and transaction immediately to issue any remaining refund due. You can expect to hear from our billing department within five business days to confirm the resolution.

  Did the roof in October. Got a notification of lien on my house because the supplier is saying that RoofTek did not pay them. If you are working with them now ask for lien waivers. The roof has a leak now. After 3 calls and 2 e-mails over 2 week span, no one reached out or showed up after 2 weeks to fix or even look at it.

This is not the experience we intend to provide; we will immediately have Chris call you. Regarding the lien we’ve done 10,000 roofs and not had liens. Since July last year we’ve paid cash for materials - and that includes on your home. We’ve disputed the lien and filed an action with the courts to have the lien removed. Our supplier has agreed in wrong to remove your lien. You can call them to confirm this.

  Worst roofing company in the entire valley. Roof was replaced in September of 2023 and started leaking in June 2025. I called them about the problem and they sent someone out to inspect the roof in September 2025. Caulking was applied at that time. The roof continued to leak during the storms we had in September and October of 2025. They sent a supervisor out to inspect the leak. I was told the flashing, J channel, and siding needed to be replaced. They finally sent someone out on the 18th of November. I received a second bill for the repairs to the tune of $2300.00. This was in addition to the $18,000 + I had initially paid them. The refused to admit fault and threatened to send the bill to a collection agency. They DO NOT stand behind their work. Avoid doing business with them!

  Kent, we take warranty and workmanship issues seriously. Your roof did not and has not leaked, and you hired us to do your roof - not your siding. In your review you acknowledge that fit 2 years after your roof install no leak. Unfortunately your siding did leak and we billed you and you agreed to a very fair rate. Then after we provided services you didn’t want to pay the bill which is unfair. If a mechanic fixes your engine do you expect to get your brakes repaired for free? We appreciate that we could help you solve the leak and regret that our service did not meet your expectations. We have escalated your file to our Customer Care and Warranty teams for immediate review and will ask ownership to call you and review the repairs and charges. we do appreciate that you validated that we came out and addressed your leak and that you were satisfied with the roof for the first two years and we will be in touch.

  2 1/2 years ago I paid Roofteck over $18,000 to do my roof. I had a torn meniscus and a sprained ACL so I could not climb up on the roof and examine it myself. I wish I had cause I’ve called over and over And got no response when I told them they didn’t finish roofing my building they put no insulation in it and I paid for 2 inches of insulation. I am beyond frustrated. They come out three times and realize the error of their ways that they’ve done nothing for me in 2 1/2 years. Never use this business, they say they’ll get back to me but they don’t. Because they didn’t finish Roofing my building it now has mold so I have to deal with that, Now I’m suffering from brain inflammation from extreme mold, toxicity and I lost my job. These people are not to be trusted!

  I hired them to fix a leak and remove a swamp cooler. They miss diagnosed the leak. They now want more money to come and fix the actual leak after I found the actual leak. I took me weeks of calling just to get them out originally. They left a mess i had to clean up. I had to move their trailers off my yard so they weren't there all weekend. I still have a leak and have paid over 6000 dollars. Don't use these unprofessional hacks. Tried contacting chris was told a new contract was needed. they want more money to fix what they missed. Thanks for the great customer service.

  I’m writing this because my wife has been trying for weeks to get help from someone at RoofTek and keeps getting ignored or blocked from reaching a manager or owner. I’ve watched her spend days off work trying to handle things that should’ve been handled by their project manager, and it’s been nothing but frustration from start to finish. Dumpsters and materials didn’t show up when promised. Our garage door was dented. They screwed our soffit shut without asking, which ended up trapping bats inside (a federal issue, by the way). They even started tearing off the shed roof after my wife clearly told them not to touch it. Thankfully, she caught it in time. Then came the invoices — every one different from the last, with no consistency or clear explanation. We mailed a check trying to do the right thing, and before the insurance check even cleared, RoofTek filed a lien on our home. The amount shown on their website doesn’t even match what we were billed. It’s been a complete nightmare. The only good part of this experience was the actual roofing crew. Those guys were kind, respectful, and worked hard in the heat. My wife even brought them water and snacks because they deserved it. The problem isn’t the workers — it’s the total lack of accountability, communication, and follow-through from management. We just want this resolved and to move on. It shouldn’t be this hard to get answers or basic respect after paying for a major home project. Part 2: Just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, my wife finally got a call from someone claiming to be a co-owner. At first, things seemed fine — finally someone listening — until another man suddenly jumped on the line, got angry for no reason, and threatened to put our house into foreclosure. Absolutely unbelievable. We were lucky the dash cam in our car caught the conversation, so there’s no denying what was said. The level of unprofessionalism and intimidation is beyond words.
