  First of all, our neighborhood has a no soliciting sign at the front. Second, when my two grandbabies take a nap, I put the sign on my door that's pretty self explanatory. I was actually taking a nap at this time.Also. He pounded on the door so hard i thought that somebody was breaking in. I finally got to the door he was walking down my driveway. He turned around and said, are you the homeowner? I looked at him half asleep and was like, yeah. He said, well, I was just driving around the neighborhood and I seen you have some shingles, missing. I said, no I don't, I just had them all replaced. He says oh sorry and leaves. Please teach your employees how to read!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They did not put on my roof correctly and have caused thousands of dollars of damage (the roof is only a few months old). The house almost caught fire because the water got into an electrical outlet. They came out three times and still could not solve this issue. I am in the process of speaking with my lawyer and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If a company does not do right by the customer, why would you use them? Do yourself a favor and go somplace else. He also did my roof incorrectly and now I have water damage as well. So two properties, I trusted him to do corectly. He did not. He has been paid in full for both properties. He got paid and does not care further. Photos and videos coming soon.

We went above and beyond industry standards in every effort to correct the issue, despite no third-party inspection report ever being provided to support the claims of roofing failure. Based on our professional evaluation, the roof is solid, properly installed, and watertight. If there was electrical or internal damage as described, we strongly advised having it professionally inspected, as those conditions can arise from unrelated causes. Our team acted promptly and responsibly each time you contacted us. We regret that despite our efforts to resolve the situation, this is where things stand.   Not sure this company is legitimate or not. They never showed up when I was looking for local roofing companies, but they did stop by and storm chased us after there was some hail in the area. We gave the person all our information for setting up to have an estimate done and no one ever contacted us back. It’s been 3 or so weeks since then and we have another company that was more responsive coming and replace our roof,

  Was told we would get an estimate for a rood on thursday afternoon. As it had rained that morning and was currently misting, I expected they wouldnt be on our roof. Tried to call the inspector, twice, and left him a text, all without a reply. Called the company, and the desk couldn't get ahold of him either. I went home, to nobody at the house. Front office said that he was supposed to be there an hour before I was supposed to meet him and that "he had definitely come and gone", even though the friend staying with us verified nobody had stopped by when I got home. 2 stars instead of 1, because they came to throw a tarp on the roof quickly when we needed it, and at a reasonable rate.

  Hello Mr. Jacob, We appreciate you bringing this up to our attention, and we are sorry you had to experience this. However the point of contact was a lady and our sales representative tried to reach her 15 minutes before the appointment, which it was set up at 1 pm, not 2 pm. Since the US Roofing representative was not able to reach her by phone call, he proceeded to send her a text explaining an inspection would not be possible with the forecasted rain throughout the entire day, and he still did not get a response. At the time of your phone call, no one in our staff knew who you were, since the appointment was not set up through you originally. This seems like a minor miscommunication matter between the point of contact and the sales rep. Should we have known you were also going to be involved, our sales rep would have been aware to notify you as well. When the sales rep proceeded to give you a phone call, you had mentioned you were going to choose another contractor and you did not want to reschedule the appointment for another day. We hoped you would understand the risk involved when performing inspections during bad weather, but this was not the case. All this being said, we do not believe a 2 star is merited in this situation since we have not performed any jobs other than putting a tarp on your property in a timely manner, stoping any further damage this might have caused to your property.

  Absolutely DO NOT recommend. Damaged caused to other areas of the home, complaints made, roofer shows up without a ladder, WILL NOT honor repairs for damage caused, lost my file and conveniently does not recall the damage when caused. Don't fall for the sales pitch!!!

  Mr. Moreno, being that your project was just over four years ago, tracking down your client file involved traveling to our Atlanta office where files are archived. We’ve provided documents showing the work we were contracted to perform, which involved replacing all shingles on your roof. While the roll roofing section was offered, this was not opted for in your roof replacement. We understand your frustration and are willing to make it right, but being that you signed a satisfaction certificate once the job was finished, re-doing your sunroom after four years of no contact is out of reach.

  One thing I noticed is how they didn’t rush the inspection even when it was clear I was in a hurry. They spent time checking slope angles and drainage paths properly before giving any conclusion. That patience actually helped avoid a wrong or incomplete diagnosis.
