This company is not truthful in their advertisements. They specifically state the process will save tenS (plural) of thousands over a roof replacement. That means it saves at least $20,000 over a roof replacement. I had my roof replaced on a 3,000 sq foot home for ~$10,000 last year. If their 3 step process cost $7,000, it only saves a FEW (meaning 2-3) thousands. They do not, after the treatment, warranty against roof leaks or lost shingles. They only warranty that most of the "gravel" will stay on the shingle and while that helps, that is NOT the only thing that prevents leaks. They used to say their process would extend the life of the roof for 15 years but did not specify that required 3 treatments that would most likely cost more than a new roof and now they claim 17 years, but not against leaks or shingle loss. They have wounded warriors and others endorsing the product but do not specify if money changed hands between roofsavers and those endorsing. Research shows that homeowners insurance will discount 10-20% if you get a new roof but they do not discount your premium for a roofsaver application. NEVER trust a company that is not truthful in their ads.

Clark, I am sorry that you feel this way. However, several statements made publicly in your post are factually incorrect and misleading, and it is important that the record be set straight. Roof Savers® does not engage in false or misleading advertising. We do not claim that every new roof replacement costs “tens of thousands of dollars.” What we do state—accurately—is that roofing material and labor costs have increased significantly over the past several years. In today’s market, a standard 2,500 sq. ft. roof can reasonably cost homeowners anywhere from approximately $10,000 in the Southeast to $22,000 or more on the West Coast. A new roof is a major expense for most families. Our patent-pending product, Renueit®17, has been field-tested and laboratory-tested for more than 20 years. Based on this extensive testing and real-world performance, we are able to offer homeowners a 17-year transferable warranty. In most cases, Renueit®17 allows homeowners to preserve their existing roof at a cost savings of approximately 50%–70% compared to full replacement. More concerning is the misinformation in your post regarding our relationship with the Wounded Warrior Program. Roof Savers® has never claimed affiliation with the Wounded Warrior Project. The Wounded Warrior Program is a separate and distinct organization and is not affiliated with the Project. Additionally, the Wounded Warrior Program is not paid to endorse Roof Savers®. Their organization conducted its own evaluation of our product and application process, approved its use, and chose to participate in our marketing efforts based on their confidence in the technology and its benefits for homeowners and veterans alike. Since you are not a customer of Roof Savers® and you stated you are not involved in the roofing industry, your public conclusions are based on incorrect assumptions rather than firsthand experience or verified information. My problem with this business is their false advertising. New roof DO NOT cost tens of Thousands as they claim. For most homes it is less than $10,000 for a roof that will last for 30years They PAY for people to endorse them. The wounded Warrior Project SPECIFICALLY states that they do NOT endorse products but they are paid to do so for this company. Also the Wounded Warrior Project has been criticized for spending so little on veterans programs and spending lavishly on administration. Don't trust a company that has false advertising. BTW, I am not a roofer

I got Roof Savers to clean and treat my roof. But when the work was complete my roof was left in a mess. My roof was left with white spots. The chemical they use kill my grass. I talk to the manager, Cole that took the job about what he thought would be fair for a refund. The work that was done didn’t come out good for me at all. I thought Cole would say the first thing to do is at least refund me half of what I paid for the job that came out to be a mess. I sent pictures of my roof before and after cleaning and treating. I paid Cole $10,000 to do this job. I thought he would be fair and at least give me back half of the cost which is $5,000 back for the bad job that was left behind on my roof. But Roof Savers kept all the money for a terrible job cleaning of the roof and treatment of roof. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody or hire them to do any cleaning on their roof.

Eddie, I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in your actions. When we spoke by phone two weeks ago, I clearly explained that your experience in Greenville, SC was with a completely separate operation and had nothing to do with Roof Savers North America. You assured me that you understood this and that you didn’t want to harm our company by posting inaccurate information. You even removed your post at that time — yet I now see you’ve chosen to put it back up. You being the pastor of a church, I expected you to be a man of your word. You know exactly who you need to contact to resolve your issue. The individual involved is not my employee, and I have no authority over that matter. After speaking with Cole, I understand that he has done everything possible to make things right, including refunding part of your payment. From where I stand, it seems you are now looking for work at no cost — and that’s simply not fair. I hope you’ll reconsider this approach and do what’s right by taking the post down once again. — Allen Childs Owner, Roof Savers North America LLC

I’m not 100% satisfied with the work that I think was done. I had to call the local office up several times to have work redone. The repair guy who was supposed to be repairing my roof and doing the rejuvenation had his son actually doing the rejuvenation. And it seems like the job was half done. I don’t really see any improvement. The after picture looks like the before picture. Be careful who they send out to do the work and make sure they are knowledgeable and trained to do the work.

Very expensive as far as I am concerned. Realized that the person who came and gave an estimate was only interested in making a sale. He made out like He would be on the job every time they Came making sure everything was done right. Never saw him again. Couple Mexicans Came each time and I couldn’t understand them. The storm had pulled off good many shingles. My concern was the color and matching it to what was there. Assured me they would match up color easily and after spraying, it would blend fine. I am very upset. No one would want to spend over 10,000.00 and have it look like that. Wasted $. Very disappointed. By the way, this is my 1st bad review. Wish I would have paid 5.000.00 more and had a new roof. Thank you Lynn Tankersley Collins

    Reply from the business

Ms. Collins, matching shingle colors can be very difficult due to colors being discontinued and colors fading due to UV damage from the sun. You did express this concern during the early phase of your project and a representative was sent to your home to address this. We continued with your project which consisted of extensive roof repairs, gutter work, fascia capping, washing your roof and applying RENUEIT to extend the serviceable life of your shingles for 10 years. Everything was completed per our agreement and there were no other concerns mentioned. There must have been a misunderstanding about our sales person being present at your home the entire time the crew was performing the work. We value you as a customer and would like to do anything we can to leave you completely happy. Please reach out to our office or please contact Russell and we will go from there to help. The cost of the project was very fair considering the size of your roof, the repairs needed and the other work that was performed. Please reach out so we can try to resolve the concern of the shingle color. Thank you

What a joke, the hurricane blow off 80% of my roof shingles and I had to replace them...I no longer have the roof saver solution on my roof. It's stupid to ask people for a review after the hurricane we went through.

    Reply from the business

Hi Russell, I’m sorry to hear you’ve experienced the same challenges that thousands of families in the CSRA have faced due to this historic storm. Even homes with brand-new roofs suffered significant damage. It’s disappointing that you’re holding Renueit™ to an unrealistic standard given the severity of the storm. If you review our recent feedback, many homeowners credit Renueit™ with saving their roofs. Since you mentioned that 80% of your roof is gone, I hope your insurance will cover a full replacement soon. Storms with 100 MPH winds cause widespread damage, and I sincerely hope your home is restored better than ever. Best regards, Allen Childs Owner

The Proposal was a fair price. The response was in a relatively timely manner. The workers were knowledgeable about what they did and got through with a job efficiently and quickly. I appreciate roof Savers coming to my assistance with my concern in this matter for my vent that was leaking on the roof

From start to finish, the process was outstanding for my wife and I. Meeting with Bert was wonderful and he explained everything to us. No bull, no gimmicks. Just straight up honesty. He looked over our roof, gave us a price, and now our roof and home looking 100% better. What does it hurt to receive a quote? This is a top notch company with outstanding customer service and values! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to renew their roof and yes, save thousands.

Update: After my first google review, John came by my house to personally drop off the roof warranty and give an apology for the issues that made me upset. After speaking to John, they were resolved. It speaks a lot about a company for a representative to personally reach out when they could just call. I changed my review from a 3 star to a 5 star review due to John going above and beyond. Rare for a company to do that these days. I met Cole at a home show and decided to have them clean and seal my roof. I wanted the roof and 2 metal areas of the house cleaned. The sales rep came out and after 2 hours he gave me a quote, I signed and he left. A week later the guy they have doing the cleaning did the first spraying. He was friendly on that visit and told me that the metal was not included in the quote and it would be extra. I was surprised because I had stated to the sales rep that I wanted both done. The guy that did the cleaning agreed to do it seeing I was quoted that. A couple days later the sales rep calls me and said that I was mistaken and that I was sent 2 quotes one for metal included and one just for roof. In that conversation the Sales rep agreed that I did say I wanted both done. My husband and I were both talking to him when he came out and not once did he give us 2 different quotes. I looked at my email and only one quote was sent so I assumed the metal cleaning was included. I texted Cole about this and he quickly responded back. He fixed the situation and I was grateful for him. The second time the same cleaning crew (friendly on the first visit) came to finish the roof spray. The guy that does the roof cleaning was cold, seemed angry, and barely spoke 2 words. I came out and greeted him when he arrived and he didn't say anything. When he was done, I came out to meet him and he didn't say anything except "Card?" said the number I owed and left. My husband felt the same way because when he said hello to them they barely said a word. Not sure what
