Never received a follow-up on an estimate, unfortunately!

Hello Ms Kyle, I apologize for the miss on our end. We've definitely been trying our best to get back to everyone in a timely manner. Unfortunately, our city wasn't equipment and prepared for the damages this hurricane made. We are still working on customers in need of our assistance from this disaster. So, the wait times have been longer. If you would please call the office so we can look up your profile and try our best to assist you. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I can't recommend Penn Roofing, the folks in the office are really pleasant, but the workmanship of the crew at my house left much to be desired. …

Big storm. Significant water leaks. We called Penn Roofing. Webb Smith sent his roofer out the next morning. Partial roof replacement in the front of the house and patched another area of the roof near the back patio. Everything went smooth like clockwork. Penn Roofing employees are all very organized and highly skilled. Penn Roofing is our go-to roofing company!

I had a great experience with Penn Roofing. They came out the same day to inspect a leak in my ceiling, quickly found the issue, provided a fair estimate, and completed the repair later that day. Everyone I worked with was professional, polite, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied with their work. Fair and honest business. We had a persistent leak that other companies were unable to locate. Angelo and the crew from Penn Roofing finally figured out the issue and they didn't even bill us until after we had a heavy rain and we could all be certain that the problem had actually been fixed.

I contacted Penn Roofing and spoke with James Wood! I can say is it was a wonderful experience; quality products, great installation, knowledge and excellent schedule adherence. Material was delivered the day prior to installation and crew started the next morning, one day removal and installation including upgrades. James visited my home multiple times to check on progress and ensure no unforseen issues were found. Great customer service and great craftsmanship! Highly Recommend!

James and his crew did a great job! Very prompt with estimate. Showed when they said they would and cleaned up behind themselves. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
