  Long post alert…Wanted to share my experience with Crosby. In my opinion, I became a customer by default. While I was driving on 1-20, I noticed one of Crosby’s trucks had debris coming from it. I heard popping and cracking noises, so I switched lanes. Once I switched lanes, I also noticed the driver of the truck looking around as perhaps he was hearing what I heard as he slowed the truck down. During this time, other cars were slowing down. As I moved around him, I heard a big pop. I remember I flinched and covered my head from just basic instincts. Then, I looked at the truck that I was passing and saw rocks on the truck and flying off the truck as I passed on by. I accelerated my car to avoid getting hit by the rocks that I had seen. Next, I noticed my windshield was cracked. Sadly, a rock had already hit my car. I tried to get the driver’s attention, but I was not able. I wanted to maintain my safety and the safety of other drivers, so I settled for just getting the company’s name from the truck. Afterwards, I contacted Crosby of Grovetown. I spoke with Christian. I told her that a rock flew off of one of their company’s trucks and cracked my windshield. She asked where it happened and did I get a tag number. I told her where, but I wasn’t able to get a tag number. She told me that she would talk with management and get back with me. I assumed she’d get back with me the same day, so I ended calling back before they closed since I didn’t hear anything back from her. I was transferred to Christian and she said she still hasn't heard back. She told me that the management team was in meetings all day. She assured me that she would get back with me when she heard back from them. Now we go into the next day. I waited all day to hear back from the company. I didn't hear anything, so I called back again before their closing. Christian had left for the day, but another employee told me that she had left word for me to send pics.   Disappointed! contacted Crosby roofing for gutter installation. They told me Feb. 26 that it would take two weeks for the installation. Here is March 31st and It took for me to contact this company for them to take action and schedule a day for installation. Of course they blamed it on miscommunication…

Please know that we’ve had multiple supervisors try to address the work-related concerns you've raised, but unfortunately, some issues, such as settling to the rafters due to the age of the house and the rafters being two feet on center, are structural and cannot be fixed simply by replacing the roof. I personally came out to inspect the situation and explained this to you as well.   I wouldn't even call this company, I called to get an estimate and I have been waiting for three weeks. I was told that I would get an estimate the night when he showed up, but didn't. Also I have called Three different times and get a sorry excuse when I called. I think this company is very unprofessional and that it's no excuse to be when you want a business. Very unpleasant and time consuming.

  Five stars to the entire staff of crosby roofing. From our initial phone call for service to the appointment for the estimate of repair to the repair completion.   Crosby came out to replace my powered exhaust fans. They did the roof a year ago after Hurricane Helene. Team was courteous, professional and fast. Install was completed while maintaining my roof warranty.

  We recently hired Crosby Roofing to replace a metal roof and we couldn't be happier with the experience.From the meeting with Justin in Sales, who was professional, provided us a clear free estimate and provided us options.Originally we called for a repair due to tree damage. But we decided to replace the whole roof after finding out issues with installation with the prior contractor. Ashley, office staff kept us updated with installation dates since the metal roof needed to be ordered.. We were pleasantly surprised when it arrived ahead of schedule. They promptly moved the date up. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and were respectful of our property and did an outstanding job with cleanup, ensuring no nails or debris were left in our yard. The new roof looks great and has already withstood rain and wind without any issues. We highly recommend Crosby Roofing and Gutters to anyone in Augusta, Evans ,Grovetown area looking for a reliable , high-quality roofing company.
