  Had our roof replaced 8 months ago. Have had multiple issues. The crew sprayed Clorox bathroom cleaner with bleach directly onto our house/siding and damaged the finish. They refuse to fix it and will no longer respond to calls or texts. So, just be aware before you hire them. The beginning part of the process will be good, but if there’s problems afterwards, good luck. Re: the response - bottom line your crew messed up our siding and you refuse to even apologize. Don’t tell me to be patient. How about you be a better person and business owner with some integrity and teach your employees to actually be responsible while working on customers property. How about that.

  We have gone above and beyond to remedy the situation. Your request to repaint the home is unreasonable, as we discussed. Cement fiber siding oxidizes over time and when the oxidation is scrubbed off it leaves a very small color variation in the siding. We paid to have the home soft washed by a local professional 5-Star rated company and you were still not satisfied. Unfortunately, we have done everything we can within reason and you have a roof that will last decades. I hate that you feel like you had a poor experience with us but i feel confident given just a small amount of time and a touch of patience, the boards will oxidize once more and you wont be able to tel in the slightest, which we communicated at length.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are more expensive than the rest by a $1000. The "workers" destroy your property. You dont get the color roof you picked out, stating that is the manufactures problem not the installers. Yet that is the colors …

  Just to be clear, you chose the shingle you “HAD TO HAVE” and then had buyers remorse after selecting a green roof. Let’s not tell half truths. You demanded that we install a new roof on our dime because you didn’t like the color that you hand selected and then went on to refuse payment once the job was complete. You then went on to yell about how you would intentionally leave a malicious review for us if we didn’t replace the roof with a new color. You cussed at our crews, yelled at every employee on site and ranted for hours about how you hate “Latinos”. I can’t imagine why the owner would have had some choice words with you. You were a miserable client to work with and if we’re lucky, we’ll never hear from or see you ever again. We really hope you get the help you need, and boy oh boy do you need a lot of it.

  I would not hire this company for anything. The did come out and put a 10x10 tarp on the hole in my roof. I had to make the employees tarp the hole in the wall to complete the job. Of course neither one would admit to speaking English and pretended not to understand. The job did get done only with oversight from me. I will not discuss the price gouging for 3 10x 10 tarps and an hours work by 2 men. Do not hire this company.

  Timothy, I’m sorry you feel this way. If you were capable of placing 3 tarps on your own roof you would have done so. Instead, you called us to come out and protect your home. We showed up within 48 hours and installed the tarps, protecting your home’s interior and valuables. We have installed over 500 tarps for our neighbors in the community and I am quite certain we can manage a tarp install without your expert oversight. Additionally, if you believe $850 is price gouging for tying up two crew members for over an hour, than you simply don’t understand the cost of doing business. As of today, your bill is still unpaid. 1-Star for you sir. Do better.

  Armour Roofing came and saved me from a botched commercial job. They were very personable and looked for every opportunity to help us with insurance claims and negotiations. The job they did was flawless, and their follow through was exceptional. I would never hire a different roofing company. You're making a mistake if you don't hire them! Update: 7/2025 I got my roof replaced one year ago. We had a recent leak in my building, damaging some of my property. I requested an inspection to ensure that the roof is not leaking again which should be covered by warranty. However after a month of trying to get service, I still cannot get someone to come by the building to look at my roof. I have called over and over again and texted with Weston who seems to be the manager or owner. We finally got an appointment for them to come look at the building, I had to rearrange my schedule and drive from out of town only for the crew to not show up. No call, no explanation . I have yet to here back. I was initially impressed by their work but now I'm very disappointed. Their lack of communication and their disregard for my concerns is beyond unprofessional at this point. I have to run my business too, I can't have my tenants unable to use their space. This company has let me down immensely and I would consider using a different company if I were you.

  Wasted my time and theirs. Came out to do inspection after several reschedules on their end. Never called back or returned a call about the quote and financing. Truly disappointed. I was looking forward to the work. Wes had me convinced the house would be beautiful when they finished.

  From our very first contact with Armour Roofing, everything went smoothly. Jeremy was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Once we received HOA approval, our roof installation was scheduled quickly. The crew was professional, friendly, and made the whole process as painless as possible. The job took two full days, and at the end of each day they did an excellent job cleaning up the work area. Our new roof looks great, and we're very happy with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Armour Roofing to anyone with roofing needs.

  We had one thing after another happen to our house this week. It’s been stressful and a mess! So the last thing we wanted was to come home to find shingles missing and a hole in our roof. We were stressed and tired needless to say! So with that being said we knew we had to call a roofing company asap and decided to go with Armour roofing and thank goodness we decided to go with them! Jeremy came out asap and he was kind, efficient, and had the hole in our roof fixed up within the hour. And the best part was that it didn’t break the bank! We know we need to get a new roof done asap as well and we will be getting on that soon. And when we do decide to go forward with a new roof I 100 percent guarantee will be calling Jeremy for all our roofing needs in the future! Thank you again!
