  The actual work done was satisfactory. Price was a little high for the work that needed to be done but not outrageous. Communication was the biggest issue. Several start dates were given and work was never started on the date given. I had no idea when the work was started or when it was finished and then I just recieved an invoice via email. I was never able to survey the work and make sure everything was completed. There were still minor repairs that needed to be done. I will be contacting another company to finish the work.

  Southpaw did not take the time to look at unopened packages of shingles from original application and chose completely wrong color. Prior to installation I saw what they selected I immediately reached out to say color is too light and not a match!! They installed anyway and when I emailed to say it looks terrible I was told that they think it looks great!

Given the roof’s age and natural weathering, it’s not possible to achieve a closer color match than the one our team provided. To ensure the best possible result, our technician took a color sample directly from your roof and worked with our distribution warehouse, where multiple professionals confirmed that the material selected was the closest available match. We’re confident the repair was completed properly and according to industry standards.

  Today, they replaced the roof on our home for the new owners prior to our closing on Friday. We have two Pods in our driveway but we can still manage to get all four cars off the street. Southpaw parked their trailer behind the pods and left stacked full overnight. I called the project manager and asked him to get the trailer moved as I did not want to leave all four of our cars on the street overnight. He texted me back shortly and said. He didn’t have a driver to come get it and they would come get it in the morning. I called him back and said I didn’t really care who came to get it but it needed to be moved so I can get my cars off the street. A little while later my real estate Had been contacted by the owner of South Paw. She told me the owner said he didn’t have anywhere to put it as the dump wasn’t open until the morning. I asked her to have him call me, but he did not. It’s not my problem. He has a driveway and I’m sure he has a company pick up truck that he drives every day that could come Pick it up. terrible service as they know I’m not their customer so there’s no reason to do right by me.

While we understand your frustration, it’s important to clarify that, as is standard in most construction projects, dumpsters are not moved in and out daily but are removed at the completion of the project. As you acknowledged, the incident occurred after business hours, and the dump was already closed at that time. You were informed that we would return first thing in the morning to complete the cleanup and remove the dumpster, which we followed through on. Your statement that we provided “terrible service because you are not our customer” is both inaccurate and unfair. The circumstances were clearly explained, and timing limitations were beyond our control. We’ve built longstanding relationships with realtors and value those partnerships deeply. We take pride in the trust they place in us to serve their clients, and we consistently strive to provide the same level of respect and service to all parties involved - regardless of their role in the transaction.

  If you want a roofing company that will show up unannounced and bang on your door at 7am to install a roof, then give this company a call. We had no prior knowledge of our install date and as someone who works night shift, what a disappointing way to be woken up after working a 12 hour overnight shift. A downspout for our gutter was disconnected during the install and it took someone nearly a week to come and fix it. Again, no notice of delay due to weather or anything. Communication is terrible.

  It should not be this hard to get someone to show up for an estimate, as promised! Seriously! This business booked an appt. for Dec. 9th, 9am to 12pm. which was 6 weeks out from the time we called to schedule . So we patiently waited. Two days before our appointment, on Dec. 7th, they sent a reminder email and we confirmed that someone would be home. My husband left work to be there by 8:30am, gave Southpaw a call to ensure they were positively still coming and the receptionist confirmed they would be there. The entire day, he waited at home and no one showed up. No call, no text, no email. A week and a day has passed and still no contact has attempted to contact us or reschedule. What a sad way to do business. Maybe Southpaw roofing doesn’t need our business. Do they need yours?

  They where supposed to give me an estimate ,had a appointment at 10:00 Nov 4 did not show up and did not receive a phone call.There’s too many roofing companies to put up with this. The email you sent said 10:00 not 10:00-11:00 it’s funny Dustin didn’t have any trouble texting me

  Our family had SouthPaw Roofing install a brand new roof costing over $13,000. We had numerous leaks They kept sending the crew back to fix the areas. They claimed that the leaks were caused because there was no flashing installed however, …

  So far I’d recommend you give S.P. R. a shot at any of your roofing needs. Timely, courteous and less expensive than other estimates I received. Just waiting on some rain to make sure the vent and vent boots I had replaced eliminate my issues, but they stated if any issue they’d be right out to fix if needed.

  SouthPaw did an amazing job on my house. They helped me through the color choice process and picking out the best version of shingle for my house. They were patient with me and walked through the entire process. Their cleanup crew did an amazing job at making sure there were no nails left and nothing left that needed to be picked up debris wise. I’m very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone!

  We had such a great experience from start to finish! The team did an amazing job installing the gutters on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Zach is literally the BEST! He was so patient, professional, easy to work with, communicated well throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right.   Southpaw Roofing came out for an estimate of my roof repair. Had a couple of roof shingles blown off at the top of the roof. Darrell came out and gave me a good estimate. He was very friendly and professional. The repair crew was awesome, they were able to make the repair and it matched up perfectly!

  The Representative who inspected my roof was professional and courteous. He responded to my queries in a timely manner. The roofer arrived on time. He too was very courteous. I believe he did a good job because upon completion of the job. I noticed that the loose tiles which were standing upright were now fastened securely to the roof.
