Urtiz Roofing and Waterproofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Urtiz Roofing and Waterproofing.

My experience with Urtiz Roofing and Waterproofing was a nightmare from start to finish. They severely underestimated the project time, dragging a week-long job into a month. Their work was careless, leading to multiple leaks and improper drainage. They were unresponsive to my concerns and tried to overcharge for their mistakes. Steer clear of this company.

Hello David. We have looked all over our CRM & emails — we don’t have anything coming up under your name. This was most likely a mistake and we would appreciate it if it can be removed — as we highly care about our customer experience. Have a great day.

We unfortunately had to do repairs to our roof that the DR Horton builder failed to properly do when the house was built… Urtiz roofing was nothing but amazing. He came out and looked for the leak and was kind, efficient and honest! Communication was on point and I always knew what was going on the entire process! I highly recommend this family business.

We had Urtiz Roofing extend our patio and put in a patio cover. They were very professional and the different crews that showed up were all great. We love the people, we love the patio, and we are beyond happy with our experience!

Jimmy diagnosed the cause of water entering our house interior quickly and efficiently. It turned out to be a leaky chimney cap not the roof he installed. He gave me an estimate and planned the repairs effectively and had the job done in less than a week. Very happy with everything done

Christian and crew did an excellent job of seamless gutters and downspouts. Job was discussed prior to start to ensure expectations were understood and reviewed after installation to ensure expectations were met. Perfect color match. Quality job and price.

We had a small leak in our house and Urtiz Roofing came out and found multiple leaks. The team was able to make a very speedy repair. Communication was excellent as they provided pictures of the issues and of their work. We would use them again if needed.

My experience with Urtiz roofing was fantastic! I had received three quotes from three roofers. Chris Urtiz not only gave me the best deal but he fixed the actual issues. I didn’t need a roof replacement like other roofers were telling me …

Urtiz Roofing came highly recommended by other reviewers and they lived up to our expectations. They were prompt, helpful, and determined to do the job right. It was a small repair but they treated us as if we were a huge client. I recommend them for anybody who needs roofing work done.

They did what they said they were going to do, at the price negotiated, and in the timeframe promised! They are easy to work with: good communication, excellent work. They replaced my roof before this patio project, and was impressed. Will use them in the future, too
