  We requested a leak inspection on the roof. The call disconnected when I asked if it may be under warranty. Left multiple messages but never heard back. It's been a week so I doubt it's simply a phone issue.

  Hi there! I would not use this roofing company again due to their poor communication and failure to meet expectations as a quality service provider. During the roof replacement, their crew cut several large branches off my live oak tree, without requesting approval or notifying us. They have a system of automated messages, but these often weren’t relevant and caused confusion. Their staff is otherwise friendly and helpful.

  Friendly people to deal with so 1 star for that. I was told multiple times they could help and it was looking good then strung me along for months "yeah we'll get back to you" - After radio silence I had to reach out and they told me they couldn't help for different reasons than they had initially told me.

  Original review below- Since leaving this review I have not gotten a quote from this company. I reached out to both the sales rep, nick, as well as the team I’d been messaging. After asking for the quote multiple times, I’ve decided to go with another company. Nick can came to do my quote for siding and roof. He was very personable. Some of these sales contractors try to get every penny they can especially when they see I'm a single woman that owns the home. He didn't waste my time or pressure me into anything. He also gave me some good tips just because he's an expert

  Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ark. We had a small leak coming through our ceiling, and we tapped Ark to come help us diagnose the issue. They were able to come out the very next day after we called them. They arrived on time, were super clean and respectful, and quickly narrowed in on the most likely culprit after an attic inspection. They were able to turn around the repair the same day (minor repairs needed to the "boot" around a vent pipe). This is about as good as it gets. Major shout out to Ark for running such a well-oiled operation, and thank you very much to Brian E, our technician, who helped us along the way. Highly recommended, and will absolutely use them again in the future.

  Jeff Whitt was very thorough, friendly and professional. He also came within 3 hours on the same day I contacted him for an evaluation. We definitely recommend Ark Roofers and Jeff when the time comes to replace your roof.

  Jeff Whitt led me through the complicated insurance process of inspection and approval of a new roof.
