  Zane gave a clear and fair quote, he and his crew showed up on time, were respectful, and left the job site spotless. He even came back to look at something unrelated for me the next week on a 1day notice, definitely went above and beyond and I would highly recommend.

  Highly recommend Zane for any roofing needs! He fixed our leak but went above and beyond by inspecting the whole roof to make sure no other issues were missed. He was incredibly responsive, very informative, and gave us great reassurance about the work. Excellent service.

  Zane Ptolemy is a true professional! Our home is over 30 years old and had challenges due to age. While we love the architecture of our very large covered porch; it also meant that the roof slope was not appropriate for a typical shingle solution. Zane provided us with design options and was very knowledgeable regarding the features, roofing material expected life and manufacturer warranties. Zane is an expert in the latest installation techniques. Zane structured our solution to include carpentry repair of soffits, enhanced roof ventilation, exterior painting and an upgraded gutter system. I was impressed with the scheduling and project management. The planning was also superb; Zane took the time to remove old roofing at multiple spots and had contingency planning for every project risk; from weather to material delivery to having a strong investment in mobile tools. He truly was prepared for whatever event occurred; and all relationships were managed smoothly. After installation, Zane followed up to assure total satisfaction with every aspect of the project. Zane’s crew is loyal and I personally admired his tenacity in training up the next generation for Legacy roofing – Zane’s young adult sons! We feel confident that our investment in a new roof by Legacy will enhance our home’s resale value and assure competitive homeowner insurance costs.

  Evaluated the roof and the problem. Provided me a cost for the repair and the estimate was a fair price for the work to be completed . Performed the repair in a quick effective manner. Payment process was simple. We had the hail and rain storm afterwards with no leak, so it’s safe to say it 100% fixed our problem.

  We had a great experience with Legacy Roofing. After all the recent heavy rains, our roof had developed leaks in several places. I called Legacy Roofing and spoke with Zane. He soon arrived and diagnosed the problem. Some of the sealant around the roof vents, plumbing vents, and exhaust fan vents had deteriorated from the heat and sun and caused the leaks. Zane and his assistant then inspected and resealed every vent on the roof. All done in about an hour and a half from phone call to finish. The cost was more than reasonable too. We will definitely use Legacy again for any future roofing needs.
