  This company takes advantage of the elderly. The work that was agreed upon was not done and they still charged my father the full price. The work in poor quality, the workers left a mess from the work and their lunches. They had extra supplies and instead of deducting the fee, they just left the extra tin in our yard. Do not trust this company!

  when he matched a price for rain gutter and did not installed covers/guards, and did not even told us that it would cost extra, that way we could have not proceeded with the business with this company. this could have been better if he had told us it would be separate before he sent us the quote.

  Hi Daisy- I don't see you in our system as a customer. Your review looks identical to the one left yesterday by Prakash. Please do not duplicate reviews. I apologize if there was a misunderstanding with your gutter quote. I would recommend reviewing quotes with contractors once received and ensuring you understand what is included prior to agreeing to do the work. There were never gutter guards/gutter screens included in the estimate sent and signed by you. If this was something you wanted, I wish you would have called us and let us know vs leaving 2 1 star reviews. We work really hard for our reviews and would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve any concerns at the time of the project, 5 months ago.

  David matched the price quote for rain gutter but with the twist, the rain gutter I had quote from another company for was with rain gutter and guards/cover. but when the installation guy came he had already started the installation process and later told me that guards would cost extra of around $800-$900. I had an impression that both goes hand and hand because when I got quote from multiple vendors they all said guards would come with the gutter. in a way he scammed me by matching the price but without the installing guards/covers. even with that I paid the full price he quoted because the work had already started. will never come back with this roofing company.

  I had an appointment scheduled for today & this vendor was a no call/no show. I tried calling in but I was unable to reach anyone. I will use a different vendor for my roof project. This company is very disorganized & unprofessional.

Any time we have an appointment scheduled, the customer's information is entered into our system to ensure the appointment is placed on the applicable sales rep's calendar. I unfortunately do not see your name anywhere. Are you sure you weren't working with a different company? Our office number is 512-688-5044 and our Office Manager, Ashley, is very responsive to all calls and inquiries.   Update 7 months later roof is still leaking in same spot. Not happy with service roof has leaked on several different occasions since being fixed. Even after multiple warranty calls. Also receiving no notification of when workers would be at my home caused a dog to run away. Would not recommend whatsoever. .

  Hi Chris, I apologize for your frustration. Unfortunately we can only do so much when repairing a roof that was not installed by our company. We have tried our best to schedule our repair team to come out each time you've called and repair the roof under warranty at a time that is convenient for both you and your wife. We don't normally show up to customers' homes without notification but if this did in fact occur, I am truly sorry for the miscommunication.

  Jordan has helped my family in so many ways. He’s very knowledgeable about the work he does, is kind, and completely honest. He helped us with a roof patch and a roof inspection- which during so, he took the initiative to repair some other spots too. He answered all our questions about getting a metal roof in the future and it gave us peace of mind knowing they use the best practices and materials in the industry. We have had a great experience with A&W overall, we highly recommend them.

  As a new homeowner who bought the house from a previous owner, I had no details about the roof’s condition or history. During the recent rains I noticed a small leak. The builder was able to provide the necessary information, and when I contacted David at A&W Roofing he was immediately helpful and professional. He brought his experts out to thoroughly examine the roof, completed all the necessary repairs, and went above and beyond by also handling additional sealing work that was clearly needed. Everything was done carefully and to a high standard. I’m very happy with the results and the overall experience. If I were to buy another home, I would absolutely choose A&W Roofing again. David is an excellent example of how a person should run a business — honest, responsive, courteous, and committed to doing the job right. Highly recommended.

  A&W Roofing earned my business after a careful search for the best product, warranty, and business ratings. My roof was scheduled as quickly as I wanted it done. The project manager,Jordan, was on site for the entire job. The team arrived and began setting up barriers to protect my landscaping, windows, and walkways. The actual roofing tear off and replacement was completed in a safe environment, my choice of roofing material was as beautiful as anticipated, I was able to get a significant discount on my home owners insurance premium based on the type of roofing material and installation. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

  The recent July 4 downpours had water cascading into my newly drywalled garage. I called A&W Roofing on a previous recommendation from my Insurance Agent & Jacob was out the next day to investigate. He showed me a perfect hole where apparently a drill bit had broken through the roof. Jacob did a great temporary patch that prevented the next day's rain from ruining my garage & tools. The quote he provided to repair the damage was lower than expected so I awarded A&W the job. The permanent repairs were done the next week & have held up so far. As a result Jacob & crew at A&W Roofing have my roofing needs locked up. Give them a call too & you'll be pleased!

  David and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our skylights, tracing out and fixing various roof leaks, replaced all roof fasteners on our gym building, and upgraded several gutter downspouts. Highly recommended!

  He came on time. he is listed with the better business bureau. he was very business like. what was nice was he matched the same color of shingles that was on the rest of the house. he repaired the roof in 24 hours. price was only $800.
