Very unprofessional, said they would come to measure my roof but instead used satellite imaging to get square footage then emailed me to ask if it was the right house . (Their office is 8 minutes from my house) and when I replied I never received a confirmation email or quote ....would not recommend

Hi Frank, unfortunately sometimes it takes weeks even months to get a estimate from a "great" contractor, it doesn't mean their unprofessional it means their busy, I'm a owner/operator which means I'm on every roof with my guys working and making sure job goes as planned so that alone ties up most of my schedule, but most people are willing to wait so they get good quality work, a contractor that comes out right away to give a estimate it means he's not busy, if he's not busy it means he's not good, so unfortunately for impatient people they normally get shotty work, also just because your 8 minutes away doesn't mean you get moved to top of the list, I have a list that I follow and I favor nobody, I've never had a single complaint about my work so again sorry for being busy

It was truly a pleasure doing business with Dan and his crew. All the way through, from the estimate to the clean up, Dan was friendly and helpful. Their workmanship is fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Our new roof is beautiful and the work site is totally cleaned up. Thanks again Dan, it was a great experience.

Exceptional service at an exceptional price! We struggled for years to find an economical solution to a leaky roof seam. This spring, Dan Bennett inspected the situation and quickly recommended an effective solution that he could install fairly easily. Within a few days, he was back to solve our problem. His work was a model of professionalism. I am amazed to report how our added office and garage have remained bone-dry all summer! We could not be happier with Dan’s cost effective solution! Ultimate Roofing Solutions LLC is an amazing asset for the local community!
