Just like so many other delinquent businesses around here this one is no different. The owner barely responds and doesn’t show up when he says he will and then doesn’t show up at all and doesn’t bother to tell you that he’s not showing up so instead he just leaves you hanging. When you have a roof that needs repaired you can’t really just sit around and pray that someone is going to show up when they say they will. I found there isn’t a reliable roofer in this area. Not one. And certainly not this one. What a shame. Gotta love a business owner who makes excuses and gets offended by their own lack of professionalism and blames their customers rather than themselves for their poor customer service skills. Great job! Kudos to not being able to handle an accurate bad review. Maybe don’t run a business then…

I’m sorry I was not able to make it to your repair call. As I always let my customers know I don’t typically do repairs but if I find time to make it there I would. I also explained I am in the hospital expecting a baby at any moment. If I could assist you next week I would love to do so. Thanks

Would highly recommend. Professional, prompt and great communication. From tear off to completion, they took the extra steps to make sure everything was done right. They take pride in the work and it shows.

Highly recommend! Showed up for the estimate when they said (some companies didnt). We contacted them the end of the season due to a leak. They were unable to get us in before winter, but repaired the leak and showed up in Spring as planned. There was lots of additional work that needed done due to the leak, and work was still finished in 2 days! Pricing was fair and they cleaned up all their mess. Roof looks great, thanks guys!!

Great experience with Spartan Roofing. Owner had outstanding communication with me, which seems to be rare these days. Choosing a roofer is a big decision because of the value of our homes. I’m glad I went with Spartan. Very professional owner and a great group of guys show up for the job, all at a very fair price for the high quality of work.

We are happy to recommend Lukas Zimmerman and his crew at Spartan Roofing. From preparation to completion they were very professional. They treated us with kindness, patience and respect, and their quality work was done in a timely manner. The cost of the project was very reasonable, and was is line with the estimate. It was a joy to work with them. Sincerely, Rev. & Mrs. Mark R. Brown

Beyond happy with Lukas and his team. One of the things that stood out to me was not only everyone's great work ethic, but how positive they all were. Roofing can be extremely hard work and throughout the entire time everyone was on the same page and worked together like a well oiled machine. Lukas kept me up to date on their progress sending pictures, and I think they left my yard cleaner than what it was when they got here. I can't recommend them enough!

Lukas and Spartan Roofing did an incredible job installing a new roof with landmark pro shingles. He was knowledgeable and professional when he came and gave us a quote explaining the whole procedure after a thorough inspection. His team arrived in the timeframe they quoted and finished the job in 2 days. Their cleanup was immaculate and every one was friendly. If you need a new roof these are your guys!
