  I’ll just do a copy paste of the last two text messages that I sent to Nathan Link. I never received a reply. Pretty much sums it up. Text Msg to Nathan: Just checking to see if you want to do our roof or if I should be finding someone else? I thought you were bringing a contract to have signed and picking up the 10% deposit check 2 1/2 weeks ago. Yesterday, when I called you, you said that you were sending an email with the contract but I never received an email. You also said yesterday that you would be picking up the deposit check this morning but I haven’t heard from you. Not sure what’s going on but definitely would like to know. NO REPLY!!! Msg to Nathan the next day: W😳W!! No reply is a reply! You should have told us that you didn’t want or couldn’t do this job from the very beginning!!! I met with you in JUNE and now it’s SEPT. I was impressed with you at our very first meeting, but then it went downhill from there. You said that you would be coming to pick up the $10,000. deposit check and you never showed up. Now we have wasted over 2 months waiting for you to do our roof and you know that our roof is LEAKING through our newly constructed ceiling and winter is around the corner. You should have called us to let us know you were unable or not willing to do this job !!! Very disappointing, especially since you are the owner of the company. NO REPLY, I hired another roofer!!!

  Avoid Planet Roof — dishonest, messy, and overpriced. We hired Planet Roof for a complete shingle roof replacement, and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. At no point did they disclose any potential prices for plywood up front. Then, once the job was underway, we were hit with a massive upcharge — not based on actual market cost, but “their” inflated pricing. To make matters worse, they charged us for plywood waste, even though we saw their crew toss entire unused sheets straight into the dumpster. The site was consistently left in a mess, and the crew showed little regard for cleanliness or professionalism. Keith, the project manager, lied to us multiple times throughout the process. We initially spoke with Evan, who told us the total would be around $17,000. But without clear explanation or agreement, the final bill jumped to over $23,000. This company lacks transparency, integrity, and basic respect for the customer. I would never recommend Planet Roof to anyone. (The crew also left garbage blow all over out road. In the pictures, you will see what was thrown in the dumpster besides plywood..AND we got charged for waste!)

  next door neighbor used Link. something was dropped off the roof and landed on my portable garage and did damage. link will not come to take care of it. looks like we will be heading to court

  Mr. Rob was presenting Planet Roof and he did a great job describing their products, procedures and services. Seems like a specialty roof company with good products used in their roofing service.

  Russell came out to my house. He showed me what was wrong with my roof. He went over his systems and his processes. I really liked his materials and I think this is a really great roof. I would refer Russell to my friends and family
