The mailbox is full and can't take my phone call, Update, the owner did call me back and set up an appointment. Last update. He arrived late for the appointment and then I never heard from him again. Never got a quote, even after I followed up with a phone call (to voicemail). Response to Owner. Well that shows how great of a contractor you are. I am very happy I did not hear back from you. NOT ONLY did we get a roof built that you were not skilled enough to do, it passed code with flying colors. The design was approved by the CODE OFFICER, the framing was inspected and approved by the CODE OFFICER, and the final build was passed with no comments or concerns by...you guessed it....the CODE OFFICER. So thank you for enlightening anyone who reads this that you may not: A - know the code B - You are a terrible business person as you never bothered to tell me any of your response and showing up late to the first appointment told me volumes. If I could go lower than 1 star, I certainly would. Using the excuse that you are noble and won't build against code for being just a bad business person is pretty telling. Hope others see this as the warning sign that it is.

David wants a porch roof built out of code as it would never have enough pitch for shingles like he wants on it, and also wants us to build that porch roof over top of a deck that would never meet code. Both of which we aren’t willing to do. Sorry, David.

My experience was extremely good Brandon and company were very professional and prompt to deal with all of my questions and the workers were very professional and very good at what they do. The roof looks great and was done quicker than expected and left everything clean when they were complete. I would highly recommend getting a quote.

I highly recommend Professional Construction Solutions LLC ( P.C.S.) and would use them again in a heartbeat when the need arises. Absolutely beautiful work on a challenging roof! Professional Construction Solutions LLC is from start to finish one of the best companies that has worked on my home. Brandon Megan, Brendan, David, Josh, and the roofing crew are simply phenomenal. I am one of those who needs to know and understand everything about every component and every one in this company answered my gazillion questions, presented my options, and responded to my texts right away. They even provided photos of the work being done that were clearly amazing and taken by crew on the roof who also documented any issues they encountered with clear photos. Very important to me is that P.C.S. provides a detailed written contract that includes every roofing component specifically, warranty info, payment schedule, estimated start date and expected time frame for completion. Having everything that was discussed and listing what is being installed in a well written contract was essential for my peace of mind. They met the highest standards of customer service, used the highest quality materials for my GAF roofing system, and cleanup was excellent. In addition, everyone I interacted with are just really good people. Again, it was truly a pleasure working with P.C.S and I highly recommend this company.

From the estimate to the clean up, PCS was a great company to work with. Most impressive was that during a 2 day weather windows in February, a 6 man crew came and completed the project in 2 days. Fantastic!
