  The salesman was good while he was here but terrible at relaying infor the actual contracts "because they know what they're doing" never stayed that its subcontracted out etc. So of course the work wasnt done as to how i told the salesman i wanted it done although they did come back and repair some of the work that their subcontractors messed up and offered a measly 400 dollar discount for the pain and aggravation even though that was hardly enough when youre trusting them with your hard earned money. Definitely not up to par will not be using again that's for sure.

  They don’t keep in communication with you. I just had a roof put on and they didn’t even finish the work. My boyfriend has to go back and finish it. They even wanted to add an extra $500 for some kind of sheeting they said so I would not recommend them Because they don’t like to communicate and the owner gets smart with you when you’re talking to him he asked me if I wanted him to rip the new roof off and put the old one back on that’s a professional for you !!

  We are pretty easy to please, not typically “write a review” people. However, can’t let this one off the hook. Very unprofessional salesperson. Contract said 7 weeks and they’d start on our roof, ended up being 14 weeks, communication was difficult. They never called us to give us a heads up on the delay, we had to call them to find out what was happening, never got a real answer. After the job was done, found out that they couldn’t color match our gutters to the roof, like the salesperson said they could. Do not recommend. The subcontractor they used for the work, was INCREDIBLE. Very friendly, insanely professional. SWIRES Construction. They get a 5/5.

  Super easy to work with. Answered questions quickly. But the installers did not clean up the yard and a 5gallon bucket was filled after they left with nails from the job.

  Never received a call back for their services and if they did a Virtual virtual estimate how do they know were I live as they didn't ask for an address. Like I said no call back and it has been about2 weeks now

  Very pleased with the quality of workmanship.(Elmer's crew). All those who we have talked to and helped us in any wy. Joey Myers, Ken, Jen and the owner (Paul who went out of his way to get the dumpster trailer out of our driveway.) I'm sure the platium warranty and Owens Corning warranty will cover any problems. We can call them if needed and will be not be an issue. Cost wise comparable to Smaller contractors price wise. Other bigger companies may beat the cost by offering 50 % off materials and offer interest free for 18 months. We didn’t reach out to other big companies or senior citizens discounts. We did get a military discount. Highly recommended by some friends.

  Roof work was completed ahead of scheduled date. Materials were all of the first grade and type. All takeoff material was removed and cleanup was excellent. Overall a very good job.

  I had a power vent put in my attic. From the initial consultation to the installation, I was very pleased. The installer was very personable and professional. He took the time to explain to me what was being done and why it needed to be done that way. I will not hesitate to recommend Roof Works to those that need work done!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Roof Replacement Experience! We recently had the roof on our 1905 home completely replaced, and we couldn't be happier with the results. This was a major project that involved tearing off the old shingles, installing new OSB decking over the original plank roof, adding proper intake ventilation, and installing a brand-new roofing system. From start to finish, the crew was professional, hardworking, and attentive to detail. They took the time to do the job the right way rather than cutting corners, which was especially important on a house of this age. The workmanship was excellent, the job site was kept clean, and the crew treated our property with respect throughout the entire process. The new roof looks fantastic, and it's reassuring to know that our home now has updated decking and improved ventilation that will help protect it for years to come. Communication was great throughout the project, and everything was completed as promised.
