zachary brought an incredible amount of focus and energy to our roofing repair. i noticed how many hours he put into the job, and the roof work was being handled steadily the whole time. If zachary took a break during the long repair, I never saw it. The section around our chimney needed special roofing attention, and he connected us with a qualified contractor whose work was praised the very next day as an incredibly good job. i am confident the follow-up roof repairs zachary completed were done to that same high standard. We own rental properties as well as our home in Orlando, and i had started to think this level of professional roofing service and craftsmanship was hard to find. From the inspection to the repair details and cleanup, everything showed real care and experience. In Florida’s heat and frequent storms, it means a lot to have a roofing crew that is dependable, skilled, and thorough. i could not be more impressed.

My wife and I heard about the roofing company from a neighbor who was having a roof replacement done. After we noticed storm damage on our roof and gutters, we reached out and spoke with Zachary. He clearly explained the whole roofing process, helped us work with the insurance company, and scheduled the crews for each part of the job. So far, we have had our roof and gutters replaced, and we are also moving forward with more exterior work. The roofing work has been excellent from start to finish. The crews worked quickly, kept the job site organized, and still paid close attention to every detail of the shingles, flashing, and gutter installation. In Florida weather, it is important to have a strong, dependable roof system, and they delivered quality workmanship with great communication throughout the project. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing, gutters, or other exterior home services.

I got three quotes for new gutter and roof drainage work, and the prices were all pretty close. I chose this roofing company because they took time to walk me through the gutter options, fascia support wood, and what would work best for my home since I was not sure what I needed. They were honest, did not try to upsell me, and only recommended the work that actually made sense for my roofline and drainage. They also matched the paint color for the support wood they installed, which made everything blend in nicely with the house. Communication was fast the whole time, and the team was very helpful from start to finish. When Leonard came out for the installation, the work was completed in just a couple of hours and the cleanup was great too. When I got home and saw the finished gutters, I was really impressed with how clean and sharp they looked. They not only improved the appearance of the house, but also gave me more confidence that rainwater will drain properly during heavy Florida storms. The warranty was another big plus. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Ultimate Orlando Roof Repair was very easy to work with. There were no pushy sales talks, and they took time to explain the roofing process, materials, timeline, and warranty options before anything was signed so i felt comfortable moving forward. If you are nervous about a big roof contract, they really help put you at ease and make the whole experience feel simple and clear. They were responsive from start to finish and truly cared about the final roof result. When i had concerns about a few metal roof panels and some noticeable scratches near the back of the garage, they addressed it right away and replaced the affected panels without giving me a hard time. That showed they stand behind their roofing work and want the finished job to look right. The project started earlier than expected and was completed as promised, and it actually moved faster than i thought it would. The crew was friendly, respectful of the property, and did a solid cleanup at the end of each day, which really matters with a roofing job in a hot climate where work needs to stay organized and efficient. They did not create unnecessary noise beyond normal roofing hammering and installation sounds, and overall they kept things professional the whole time. Now that we have a metal roof, I do not expect to need another replacement for a long time, but I would absolutely use them again for any future roof repair or roofing service.

After our Orlando home took on hail damage, we needed a full roof replacement and reached out to several roofing companies for quotes and information. Out of all the teams we spoke with, Leonard stood out as especially helpful and dedicated. When it was time for the estimate, Theodore impressed us with his roofing knowledge and clear explanations. The whole crew acted professionally and paid close attention to detail, making sure the work was top quality. The owner stayed in touch with us and handed the project off smoothly to Leonard and Theodore, who managed everything well. Besides replacing our roof, they also went the extra mile by adding a water diverter and sealing our gutters—nice touches that help with Florida’s heavy rain. Our insurance company worked together with the roofing team, making the process much easier for us. We’re really happy with the results and the company’s professionalism. After finishing the job, they even provided an official certificate for our Impact 3 shingles, which we were able to use to get a small discount on our insurance premiums. If we could suggest anything, it would be to switch from hand-written contracts to electronic ones for convenience, and to give a bit more explanation about how insurance invoices work, as there can be small details that might get missed. Overall, we highly recommend this roofing team for anyone needing reliable roof work in Orlando.
