Completed the job, took my insurance money (including some that wasn't there's) and disappeared. Left several messages for Richie who is supposedly the manager. Nor response, no call back. It's sad because the field and production team were very nice. Poor management.

Do not use this company. They replaced my roof and left the dryer vent duct disconnected from the exterior vent- this led to lint and hot air blowing directly into the attic. We later discovered this and were told this is a serious fire hazard- absolutely negligent on the part of His and Hers. We told them about it and they sent an employee to assess it; he immediately identified that it was a significant safety hazard and that it should be fixed immediately and never should have passed the final inspection. Later a supervisor called and informed us that they refused to do anything to remedy the situation and only made excuses (“we subcontract to different teams so we’re not able to back charge them to fix it,” “most dryer vents don’t vent through the roof so the installers probably didn’t notice it or know how to do it properly,” “we’re confident it wasn’t intentional, just overlooked,” etc.), but were adamant they would not do anything to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous way to operate a business and it’s so concerning that consumers entrust (who they believe to be) professionals to leave the project they complete in a correct and safe condition, yet projects are left as a hazard. Additionally, it has been 2 years since our roof was replaced and we are still finding roofing nails in our yard- our entire property was littered with them after the roof was completed and they ended up in our car tires, feet, and lawn equipment. Also, soon after our roof was replaced, we noticed that rain was pouring in between the roof and gutters. We had a gutter company come out and told us that when the roof was replaced it was not properly reconnected to the gutters, so we had to pay to have them fixed. Horrible experience with this company and I would avoid them at all costs. We also will be reporting them to the BBB.

This is a very poor company to work with. We started with them almost a year ago and they just replaced our roof last month. They have not done all of the work they said they would do. I have the final check for them but they don't get it until all of the work they said they would do is finished.

They mishandled my insurance claim following hurricane Milton. I'm currently in the process of now spending my own money to find an honest contractor to redo sections of my roof and actually include my tool shed. Their communication is not good at all, I never received a statement of work/itemized bill after they took the entire 22k insurance check to fix the roof of a house that is less than 2600 sqft. They also did a horrible job communicating with other contractors to coordinate, leaving my solar panels off of my house for an entire month. To make matters worse, after my repeated attempts to reach out for any clarity in regards to the scope of work and getting false confirmations that they were working on it, they actually had the nerve to try to bill me $180 for three sheets of plywood when they only used one among the old rotted wood and left the rest in sitting in my yard. What about the 22k check that y'all took? Can y'all justify any of this? Save yourself the issues and work with more organized and trustworthy people. I won't make that mistake anymore. 10/25 update: At this point this shady company has been kicking the can down the road every time I reach out for them to honor their warranty for the shoddy work that they sent some cheap crew off of the streets to manage for 22k. Their terrible work caused thousands of dollars in additional damages to my home and damn near sent my asthmatic child to the emergency room. Their attempt to make it right came in sending a ridiculous itemized statement of work that a 5 yr old could have done a better job at putting together that explains NOTHING. Sent another terrible crew to repair the gaps that they left in my roof along with the skylights/exhaust vents that they never reconnected..and these idiots used PACKING TAPE to secure them..yes packing tape. On top of it all, I have never seen something so shady as to getting a 2 yr warranty..which it seems like they are trying to run out the clock on rather than actua

Terrible company, avoid them at all cost. First of all they refuse to tell you what material they use (probably the cheapest) This company in Florida is a scam. they misleaded my mom in Apopka and straight up lied about the claim saying there was hail damage and they said it was a lie but they just wanted to get the most money possible from the insurance. This has caused us to have to be waiting for over a year to get the roof done and months and months trying to get our money from them because they refuse to cancel and give us the money that the claim company already gave them. Greedy and evasive. avoid them

They didn’t finish the job. They said 100% of the roof would be replaced. Now i still have a hole on a part of my roof. They care more about the money than customer satisfaction. Go elsewhere.

Unfortunately as we stated before your soffit is not apart of your roof. It had damage prior to His and Hers starting any work. Your roof has passed final inspection. Thank you for your continued loyalty, His and Hers team!

These people came to my house to help me with a roof claim and behaved very professionally, helping me with a claim through my insurance. At first, they presented an amount and then changed it. One day, an inspector from my insurance showed up at my house with no knowledge of roofing or my house and denied my claim. When I called His & Hers Roofing to inform them of the denial, they told me they were supposed to be there with the inspector, but they weren't. They told me they would request a different date, but nothing. Then, because of the denial, they told me they had an attorney to appeal the decision. That appeal lasted two or three years! In the end, they did replace my roof. They only told me it would be in April 2025, but with no date or prior notification. One day they simply showed up at 6:30 a.m. on the roof of my house to fix it. At noon, someone called me to ask if the technicians were working there. I answered yes and told them no one had notified me or anything, and the girl just hung up. They fixed my roof in one day, but they left the large dumpster in the driveway for about five more days. Then, a week later, a random guy came by to do an inspection, but again, NO ONE notified me. This company needs better communication with its customers.

We've had an excellent experience with H&H. The roof was expertly installed. Communication is solid: they explain the process to you every step of the way. They even helped us protect our roof by tarping it until it was ready to be replaced. Absolutely would recommend His & Hers to anyone needing roof repairs or installation!
