  If you need your roofing needs met, do NOT waste your time with Tyner roofing. I called Greg Tyner for roofing work that needed done urgently at our home. He and his son Matt came out and inspected the roof. Weeks went by with no contact or feedback on quotes or work start date. There is no question they were doing more high dollar work in the mean time. They did not show any interest in our business or prioritizing our job. Every attempt I made to contact Greg were either ignored or given the run around. Many times even saying that the workers would “be by to look at it”. They never came. Do not use Tyner roofing unless you have a year or longer to waste waiting around for them to get to you. Their attitude was disinterest and dishonest. If you don’t want the job, just say so in the first place. They have lost my business and the business of family and neighbors we will NOT be referring to them. Call Copper Creek contractors, Central Roofing, or Swanson roofing for better service and transparency!

  Very happy with my new roof! Matt and his dad Greg were on the site overseeing the crew. Had an issue with the old furnace stack and they were able to find a replacement the same day. The job went smoothly and was completed in one day. Not to mention that their bid came in nearly fifteen percent lower then four other contractors! I am happy to recommend Tyner Roofing for anyone needing roofing work.

  After my sister passed away, I inherited her house. The house needed a new roof. I asked Tyner Roofing to estimate work needed. I found Matt and his father very honest and caring people. They were very thorough did a great job of roofing and replacing guttering. I highly recommend Tyner Roofing.

  My experience with Tyner Roofing was all positive. From first walkdown to estimate to prep for the job (material drop-off and dumpster placement) to actual work and final walkdown, all work was professional, timely and as promised (they were on the roof for 1/2 day only). Nice work!

  Overall, I had a great experience with Tyner Roofing and their team. Once my roof was removed there was some unknown issues that were discovered and added significantly to the scope of work. They went above and beyond to work with my insurance and the local building inspector to get this extra work covered. Thanks Tyner Roofing!

  Greg was very good at explaining all aspects of the new roof installation - why he used the particular shingles, attic ventilation, etc. When old roof was torn off, problems with old decking and fascia were revealed, and Greg went above and beyond to deal with these issues. He also set up gutter replacement with another company he worked with. His crew worked hard and cleaned up well after the job was done. Greg and/or supervisor checked on them several times a day. They got done in two days (would have been only one day but for decking problem). In addition, Greg handled all aspects of the insurance claim. He was very professional, and nice and down-to-earth on a personal level as well. I would recommend Tyner Roofing highly to anyone who needs a new roof or a roof repair.

  Excellent work and very responsive to any problems. Greg is a perfectionist and very personable. Hands on - came by the job several times a day to ensure all was going well. Works and customers pleased with him. Quality materials and workmanship. Did 5 condominiums (4 of which had to be redecked to be brought up to code) which look very attractive. Very competent. Greg is honest snd hardworking, protected windows, doors, porches, and driveways.

  Between our personal residence and our rental homes, we have had 6 roofs replaced by owner Greg Tyner over a nearly 10 year period. 4 of these were old roof replacement jobs and 2 were insurance hail damage roof replacement jobs. Of these 6 roofing jobs, we have had no leaks or loss of shingles. Greg is a joy to work with. He is professional and honest, very personable and responsive. The quality work is top-notch resulting in very satisfying results.

  Wonderful company, up front and trustworthy. Rick makes a point to personally check on the work being done by the crew. The crew is phenomenal! Once done everything was cleaned up and the only evidence they were there was proof of a beautiful new roof. Highly recommend Tyner Roofing.
