I think they bit off more than they could chew with the storms in the Kankakee area. Saw their signs up in the neighborhood so we thought we'd give them a try but after the initial visit the email responses were clearly written after merely half reading what we sent. Questions not being answered, short responses, we seemed like an after thought and the whole process was extremely frustrating. Speaking with a few neighbors they initially were talking with ATS and backed away too with very similar concerns. I cant speak to their craftsmanship as we never got there but the starting process and communication (lack of) just wasn't worth it and we have moved on. We moved on when we finally got fed up and expressed frustration to them which went unanswered completely. Initially it seemed like it was going to go great so im not giving a 1 star because maybe they did bite off more than they could chew and their actual work is good. But youre frustrating a lot of people doing that.

Luis, Eladio, and Santiago did a great job taking down our old fence and installing our new one. My wife and I are quite pleased with the result.

We had some storm damage and are battling insurance. ATS has been incredibly helpful taking the insurance head on to ensure we get our claim handled fairly. I am highly impressed at the amount of detail and professionalism that this company has provided. This has taken a tremendous load off our back and gives us confidence we will not be overran by insurance. The work done so far is high quality. They have kept our area clean at the end of each day. Highly recommend!!

We have had our fence for almost a month now and are sooooo happy with it! Thank you to Jesse and the remaining crew for great work, communication, and speed! It’s been so fun running around back with our dog and our neighbors love it too!

What a difference 2 days can make! Seldom do I see a work ethic comparable to what I witnessed with this project. Miguel, Jose, and Antonio from ATS Custom Fencing just spent 21 hours in 2 days to get this job perfect. It was very hot and humid, but they worked without complaint and paid attention to all the finite details that made the quality more than just the fencing installation. This endeavor started with Kaleb, who was very easy, knowledgeable, and flexible to work with and I will be very pleased to recommend this company!!

Great job, ATS! Storm damage is never fun. But working w your team to design and install our new fence was a piece of cake. Miguel and Chase were timely, friendly, and efficient for sure. Cheers..

Would like to thank Cristian, Andy, and Miguel for the great work they did replacing our fence. They were efficient, quick, and the new fence looks amazing. We appreciated working with ATS and highly recommend them to any individual who might need to add a new fence or replace an existing one.

Everyone at ATS was a pleasure to work with! From Tanner, who originally came out and did an inspection for us and handled everything with our insurance company. Which took all the stress away from an already stressful situation with the storms that hit in our area. To Blake, the project manager who was there for us consistently with any questions we had. To the crew that worked tirelessly to get the roof on and then the next day our siding. Everything was done quickly and professionally! And Chloe who kept us informed along the way! They all work as a team together to make sure everything runs smoothly! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would highly recommend them!
