  Several days where nobody ever showed up also several days where they were late several days where they only worked two or three hours a day project took a week longer than it should’ve. I had to come out and fix the ceiling. They replaced three times and then claimed it was my house’s fault. and when I asked about compensation for the days, they didn’t show up didn’t even call still have not heard anything back from them. Unacceptable.

  We just had our roof replaced by these guys yesterday and we were very pleased with the conduct, work, and clean up that the crew and management provided. Even the foreman (Max) came out today just to make sure all the nails were picked up in my garden beds! Bob was also a pleasure to work with. He was a great communicator through this process. I would highly recommend Copper Creek for your contracting needs!

  Storm came through and tore up my siding gutters and roof. Travis was out there got an estimate dealt with our adjuster and got everything we needed. Their crew was amazing. 2 days to demo and install everything. Part of that was during a storm but they continued and got it done. Couldn’t be more impressed and happy with the whole process. Highly recommended!

  I cannot say enough good things about Copper Creek Contractors! After the storm last week, I called them for help, and they showed up within 30 minutes. In a stressful situation, having someone respond that quickly meant so much. Their staff was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and reassuring. They took the time to explain what was going on and made me feel like I was in good hands from the moment they arrived. It’s rare to find a company that combines exceptional customer service, expertise, and such a quick response time. I am so grateful for their help and would highly recommend Copper Creek Contractors to anyone who needs their services. Five stars all the way!

  Great experience! The staff we interacted with, Wyatt, Travis, Kolton, Kurtis, and Robbie were all professional, very thorough, and a joy to work with....very personable guys. I believe employees are a direct reflection of the company they work for and in this case the owner/manager of Copper Creek should be pretty proud of the image his employees project. Usually the apple doesn't fall too far, so it seems clear the owner/manager runs the business right.... puts his employees first, then they in turn put their customers first!! That's the way it should be....these guys seemed happy with this work, genuinely happy to help. We had the roof replaced on our house along with three other out buildings....it was a pretty big job, but they kept us informed with daily updates and kept excellent records on the progress...updating us on all aspects of the job....they seemed to stay a step ahead of us which was impressive. The initial inspection and final inspections were very thorough and communication was excellent throughout. In addition, they were happy to advocate on our behalf with our insurance company and a third party contractor that was involved.....huge relief and time saver for us. Great job! Thank you!

  We had a great experience with Copper Creek Contractors from start to finish. Our new roof was completed yesterday, and it looks amazing. The crew did an incredible job, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Ryan Zimmerman was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He was always responsive, easy to communicate with, and kept us informed along the way. He and Max were on site during the installation and did a great job overseeing the project and making sure everything went smoothly. The entire crew worked incredibly hard and made an effort to protect our property and landscaping throughout the job. The roof itself is top-notch, looks incredible, and the entire project was handled efficiently and professionally. I was also extremely impressed with the cleanup afterward, phenomenal job. During the tear-off and installation, there were thousands of nails and pieces of roofing material around the house, and when they were finished, I couldn’t find a single nail anywhere in our yard, landscaping, driveway, sidewalk, or patio. We really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail throughout the project. We’re extremely happy with our new roof and absolutely recommend Copper Creek Contractors.

  Excellent work. Assistance with approving necessary roof decking replacement via our insurance company was very much appreciated. Roof and gutter replacement, window repair after hail damage, all were performed well, professionally done. Explanations of what was needed were thorough and clear. Bob Severins was our contact point and he did a really good job, with no surprises from the estimate. There were damaged window screens not initially noted in the original estimate and these were repaired too without problems.
