Met with Pedro and was ready to have him do all my siding. Due to poor response from Mary and accusations to my insurance company I have chosen another siding company.

Hello Mr. Don, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are genuinely sorry to hear that some aspects of our service did not meet your expectations, particularly concerning your interactions with Mary and the communication with your insurance company. We understand that navigating insurance coverage in a property damage claim can be complex and may lead to misunderstandings. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding how your insurance coverage works in relation to our pricing and services. You requested an estimate for storm damage to your siding, which we provided. However, the issue arose when you asked our team to update the estimate to include exterior components that were not damaged by the storm. Our team tried to explain that insurance companies typically do not cover undamaged items, and this is where the misunderstandings began. We regret that this confusion led you to choose another company for your siding project. We are committed to improving our communication and educating our clients to prevent similar situations in the future. The Roof Panther Team

As a female investor I honestly tend to get screwed by contractors the minute they hear my voice/see my face and I can tell you that this does not happen with Roof Panther. They give fair quotes and do excellent work that is done on time. Communication is excellent and pictures are always sent with progress. I’m grateful to have found them and plan to partner with them in my future projects

We were very impressed with Pedro and his entire crew! From the estimate to the completed project, everything was seamless. Mary, Pedro and his crew were very personable and professional. They worked very hard to install our new guttering and aluminum fascia covering. We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Roof Panther.

Extremely knowledgable and competent. We had roof damage to the recent storm. Pedro came out immediately and gave me a complete comprehensive overview of the work that needed to be done, and worked with insurance to make sure the process was as streamlined and efficient as possible. I felt so assured that Pedro was taking good care of us and our needs, and he was educating us about the process of insurance since we are new to home ownership. Thank you Pedro!!!! Hope to work with roof panthers again soon for other projects around the house.

Pedro, Sylvester and Christopher did outstanding work on short notice for me on my bathroom and shower. They installed a shower surround according to what Sean, my plumber needed so he could install a new shower faucet for me. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Ive done a lot of work with Roof Panther and his guys. Theyre always very prompt and commited to quality. I had them recently install a roof and gutters for me and I couldnt be more pleased with the result. The whole job was completed within 2 days and it wouldve been 1 day if they didnt have to come back to do the gutters the following day. I was given well over a dozen update pictures throughout the process. The various problems with the roof were found, shown to me via images, and then repaired with images of the repairs. There was ZERO garbage in the yard and you could never tell they were there after the fact with how clean the yard was aside from the new roof! Pedro the owner was very easy to contact when I had questions or updates the whole time. He is also well versed and knowledgable and gave excellent recomendations on gutter gaurds and the venting. And finally all of the material they used came with an excellent warranty. I cant recomend Roof Panther enough, the price was very reasonable, theyre all great guys, and they work their butts off!

Excellent experience with Pedro and his team. We did a total makeover of the house exterior (roof, siding, windows) and raised the living room ceiling! It was a complicated project but the results exceeded our expectations. Pedro is excellent with communication and suggests ideas/changes which is key in a project like this. The crew is hard working and polite. Our house is in Saint Joseph in Champaign county and the crew is always nearby so scheduling is simple.

Pedro and his team built us a stunning screen porch that far exceeded our expectations. We wanted to add a screen porch to our new (older) home based on a design from our former home. Pedro provided suggestions and ideas that transformed our vision. From design enhancements, lighting, stain combinations to those all important details, we were so impressed with the result. Most importantly, Pedro modified the original plans so the porch had it's own foundation rather than being supported by our older home, thus avoiding a future compromise of our home's foundation. We are grateful to Pedro and his team for their suggestions and expert workmanship. We highly recommend Roof Panther.
