Replaced fascia which blew away in a storm, and secured another which came loose. The repair looks really bad. I contacted the company. One guy said, "Unfortunately that appears to be an issue with the drip edge (the small metal strip above the fascia metal)." The other guy said, "it does include that area as well" and was going to send someone out to fix. No contact or reply since, other than "pay your bill" reminders. I hired Freedom because I wanted it to look good. I could have made it look terrible for less money. I feel ripped off.

Kept saying they were going to be there. After six weeks of promises, I went elsewhere.

Called to get gutters installed in July. In December they installed the gutters in the front of the house. They later called and said they couldn’t complete the back of the house. They should have told me if they weren’t equipped to work on my home.

I left multiple messages, never received a call back. I'm sure they are extremely busy but was a past customer and very disappointed I wasn't even communicated with.

I would never recommend, or hire Freedom to do a roof. They replaced my mom's roof. Left the gutters full of debris after tear off, Nails in the yard, damaged gutters badly, and some other workmanship issues. Good news is, it doesn't seem to leak.

Hi there Walt, I am sorry this is how you are feeling. Would you have time to call the office today and chat more? 217-393-6000 We offered solutions for all concerns, remedied all issues immediately, and were told by the owner of the house everything was okay. They even refused a gift card and flowers we wanted to drop off for the extra hassle. It has now been a month, so if there are new concerns I would love to chat with you about those! Kyle

After last nights storms I wasn't sure what shape the roof was in, I was picking up shingles from somewhere in the morning and figured best to call someone. I called up Freedom first thing and they sent Bradley over a little after lunch. …

Freedom Roofing did a great job on my small job of replacing a boot on the roof. Many other roofers wouldn't take a small job like mine.

These guys are amazing. Had a gutter repair due to some construction we had done and they came out the same day and put it all back together. Quick, efficient and reasonable. They put a new roof and guttering on our house six years ago and were incredible then and still are now! Thanks Freedom.

Had some fascia come off during a recent wind storm. Freedom was the only company that came out and looked at the damage before giving me a estimate. Had the job done within the week and looks brand new.

*UPDATE* They tried reaching me by ringing my doorbell to gain access to the area but as I previously stated I wasn’t home BUT at least an attempt was made! Original Review A day after the company did a job in my area I noticed my patio was COVERED in nails. I called talked to Nick and he told me someone would come out to clean up after themselves while I was out. I came home after 12 hours of being gone and realized no one made it out. No big deal I gave it another 48hrs and of course no one came to clean up the nails and snow was on the forecast so I just did it myself. A few nails I can easily over look but a handful AND pieces of the roof is ridiculous.

Hey Andrea! Our apologies here. Our repair technician knocked on the door the day of the repairs and was unable to access that area of the yard as it is fenced in. We did send someone to run a magnet the day you called in as well. Unfortunately, even with a small ladder, we still could not access that area. We are trying to get access to that area via the property owner as well since we were told that you would not be home to allow us access during working hours. Again, our apologies for the inconvenience.
