  Not trust worthy. Last year we had what I thought was a leak from the roof coming into our living room. The guy came to inspect in the attic and roof and said they could repair the roof leak for $3k the next day. I told him I’d let him know. I had another roofer come check and he said there wasn’t any leak from the roof and that one of my plumbing pies was rusting. I had a plumber come look and had to replace 20 feet of corroded pipe. That fixed the leak. The sad part is that the man had his son working with him so he’s teaching his son to be like him.

  I spoke with Mark, and made an appointment to come to my house for an estimate five days later. The day of the appointment I got a text from TX Seal Roofing saying that they had been unable to contact me regarding my request for a roof estimate. When I called to find out what was going on, it was Mark again. He said had never made an appointment with anyone but that he could be at my house in an hour. When I insisted that I had spoken with someone and made an appointment, he said it wasn’t his company, and that sometimes people lie and say they they are TX Seal when they are not. I decided to hang up and check my records. Sure enough, as I expected, I had the record of the call and my notes from our first conversation. I called Mark again to let him know that I had indeed spoken with him before. He again insisted that he could be at my house in an hour. I agreed, but I told him he was off to a bad start. We got off the phone only to have Mark call me minutes later informing me that he had a doctors appointment. Clearly, either Mark is unprofessional enough to accidentally schedule appointments that conflict with his own personal schedule, or he just lied. 🤥 My guess is he didn’t want to drive an hour to do an estimate because I told him he was off to a bad start. I would have actually given him fair consideration, but after seeing all the 2 star reviews here, looks like I just dodged a bullet anyway.

  This contractor came to my home to quote a roof leak repair. He wanted to look in the attic first to make an inspection but as he was leaving out of the attic he stepped on the sheet rock and cracked my ceiling. He didn't followed through with the repair after he said he would take care of it.

  Mark came out and did a full inspection on what I needed to repair my roof and gave me a quote on the spot and did the work the same day as well and the price was very reasonable and he requested work needed in the future and didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need. Very professional company
