  Litters our doorway with business card looking for work. Did so by driving past large NO SOLICITING sign in subdivision, and another NO SOLICITING sign in our yard. Tell me...why would I hire you for a roofing job if you A) Cannot follow simple instructions, and/or B) cannot read? Follow up one year later: Well, your fake apology has been tested. One year later your minions were in our subdivision again (Autumn Lakes) littering business cards on doors in an area clearly marked as NO SOLICITING. Even ringing doorbells, looking to give "free estimates", switching sales people while trolling through the neighborhood in a pickup truck. Disgusting tactics. Look man, I get it, roofing business is competitive in Houston. But do you really need to be so damn aggressive? Do you think we are all so stupid that we cannot make our own roofer choices??

  They probably do excellent work. However i had negative interaction when company was cold calling me. They got flustered and hung up on me. In every interaction there is a reaction. My reaction to the interaction was this 1 star review.

  We had damage from a storm in February, Bobby helped us navigate the insurance claim and get a new roof on our home. The whole process was smooth and the team worked fast to get everything done. 10/10 would work with again.

  I had a great experience getting my new roof. Rihanna was great to work with from beginning to end. She walked me through the process, answered my questions, and made everything much easier than I expected, including dealing with the insurance and HOA process. The crew did an excellent job on the installation. They were professional, worked quickly, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. I really appreciated that they made sure my property was left clean and everything was taken care of. I’m very happy with my new roof and especially with the level of service I received from Rihanna. She stayed on top of everything and made the entire process pretty seamless. I would definitely recommend them.

  Andrew and team did an excellent job replacing my roof. They finished the demo, install, and cleaned in one day. After insurance didnt want to pay, they had their partner NXT adjusters, go to work.   SLM did an exceptional job with our roof. We are first time home buyers and after we closed needed a new roof for our home insurance. Joey and his team did an incredible job and went above and beyond what was asked of them. After the job was finished, clean up was flawless. I came home from work and could not even tell they had been there that day. Could not recommend more !

  SLM has been so diligent in dealing with my insurance and insecuring me a new roof. Keith has been exceptionally professional, courteous, and kind every step of the way. The day of the build Nick was here making sure everything went smoothly.
