  If it were possible to give this company -5 stars I would. Horrible customer service. The person I worked with quit and no one told me. I thought everything was done until they started harassing me daily. They tried to charge me double the amount and instead of apologizing they continue to harass me. I told her I have an autoimmune disease and stress makes it's worse and that I would pay on my payday which was days away. That was no good enough. She wanted everything that day. I'm not sure about y'all but I can't make money magically appear when someone wants it no matter how many times they send a demand email. There are so many quality roofers out there. Go with a company that has not lost their humanity. Go with a company that cares about people and has integrity. Go with a company that will work with you instead of against you. Go with a company that wants to help you keep a roof over your head and not take your house. When you see Elite Roofing, it's best to retreat. Update: They denied everything harassing and refused to acknowledge they harassed me. They called, emailed, and texted multiple times of day. That's my biggest pet peeve is dealing with people who refused take accountability and gaslight me. I called and told them when I was available so someone could pick up the check. They don't call me, email me or text me to set up a time to pick the check up. Instead they just send some random man knocking on my door at night without telling me anything. I'm a young woman who is raising her 2 siblings after my mom passed away and I was scared. There was no way to know if I gave this check to the right person. I never received any confirmation. I never received any paperwork saying my roof was good for 10 years or nothing. This company lacks integrity and is unorganized and unprofessional. Please go with a roofing company that will not harass you for money daily, gaslight you when you call them out, or send men to your house at night without telling you they

  Elite Roofing performed roof work at my property and their crew caused physical damage to the exterior siding and ventilation pipe. While we were in an active dispute regarding a reasonable repair deduction ($325.00), Elite Roofing stealthily and without authorization charged my credit card an inflated amount of $759.00 / $781.77. They completely ignore customer service inquiries, refuse to take accountability for the property damage, and resort to aggressive billing and collection threats. Avoid this dishonest and unprofessional company at all costs!

  Elite Roofing was sent out by American Home Shield. Did not fix the problem. Roof still has a leak. Paid approximately $800 out of pocket. They had sent out two separate technicians to fix the problem but every time it rains, there’s water leaking through. Money wasted.

  Elite Roofing is a wolf in sheep's clothing - an insurance gouger! After comparing five roofers in the Atlanta area, I selected Elite Roofing to replace my storm-damaged roof. The agent Chris was friendly, approachable, and seemingly customer-oriented. After meeting with the insurance adjuster, he reassured me that Elite could replace my roof for the same amount my insurance company awarded and that I wouldn't pay anything out-of-pocket. WARNING #1: Elite provided an estimate that only included what would be done but not how much it would cost. I received my insurance settlement - approx $17K. Made the appointment with Elite. The replacement was completed in one day. Chris was on site to oversee the process and of course to get my check. WARNING #2: He informed me that Elite would submit a supplemental claim to my insurance company for materials and equipment expenses not covered in the original claim but didn't issue me an invoice. I predicted that the additional expenses would total >$5K. Nope. My insurance company awarded $12K. Apparently, Elite was notified of this also. WARNING #3: A few weeks later, I receive notice from my insurance company that Elite issued another supplemental claim that was accepted and awarded another 6K. Following this, my insurance company informed that Elite issued a third supplemental claim that was denied. So, Elite kept its word that I would not have to pay anything out-of-pocket. However, I received a final invoice from Elite for an additional $18K. In total, my roof replacement costs $35K. Ridiculous! I could have gotten a new roof, shutters, and gutters for that amount. Chris did me no favors. My insurance and I were victims of gross misrepresentation and swindling.

  Stay Away from Elite Roofing LLC – Complete Scam! I was completely suckered by Elite Roofing LLC. They took the full payout from my home warranty and turned a small roof issue into a bigger mess. Instead of actually repairing the leak, all they did was keep piling glue and caulk over the problem. visit after visit—with no real solution. The only thing they seem to be good at is caulking and gluing, not actual roofing. Every time I raised the issue, they made excuses and blamed it on plumbing or HVAC, even though the leak had nothing to do with either. Total waste of time and money. Now I’m having to pay another roofing company out of pocket to fix their mess. It’s incredibly frustrating. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly not qualified to do proper roofing work. Do yourself a favor and avoid Elite Roofing LLC at all costs.

  I was cheated by Elite making false promises. Reading a good feedback I called them for my roof work. When their guy gave me the quote, seeing my insurance paper, he, without me even asking, told me, in the same breath, that he will structure the claim while filing with my insurance company such that I will get $3168 in refund from my insurance, so my net cost will be $5,142. Although I had another bid for $7,500, trusting their word, I chose them for the work. First of all they were slow to file the paperwork with my insurance company. After a delay, whatever they filed, I did not get any money back. They basically reneged on their promise. Bottom line is they lied to me to get my work and did not do what they promised. Now they are giving me the excuse that their employee was new & inexperienced for making such a commitment. They expect me to bear the loss for the false commitment their employee made. I ended up loosing $3,168 by giving them the work. I will not recommend Elite to anyone. They either make false promise or they want us to bear the loss for the mistake their employees make.

  I had a very good experience with Elite Roofing. They were communicative throughout the process and quick to respond. They installed an electrical vent fan in our attic. Some issues came up in the process (not their fault) and they helped work through them. I am very happy with the service and quality and I would use them again.

  I had hail damage and used Elite Roofing. Joey Rodriguez was my project manager and was fantastic! I went with GAF Weathered Wood shingles, which is what I previously had on my roof. The example did not look like the color that was previously on my roof but Joey assured me that it would look exactly the same, and it did. Elite was excellent to work with. The office staff was helpful when I called and Joey was always available. Elite put on my roof in one day. They cleaned up great. I had a few small pieces of plaster that fell off my breakfast room ceiling when the guys were hammering the wood down (I don't have an attic in that room) Joey promptly had a person come out and repair it and touch up the paint. You can't even notice it ever happened. They are a great roofing company and would highly recommend them! My job was done through TWIA so I only had to pay my deductible.
