Nyla my name is Patrick. I’m the owner of Performance Roofing and Construction. We can’t find your information anywhere. I’m not sure which representative you were working with but please give me a call at 713-824-3596 and I assure you will not get the runaround. I will actually take care of it personally and give you an incredible service We have asked the team and no one has worked with a Nyla Baker. We will give 24 hours or so to see if this is a real client. Please reach out to us. If not, we will have to report the review because we have no recollection of ever speaking with you. .

If there were an option for 10 stars, I would wholeheartedly rate Pat and the crew at Performance Roofing & Construction all 10! My family and I went through one of the hardest seasons of our lives when we had to sell our home and Pat went ABOVE and BEYOND from day one. He wasn't just focused on replacing our roof- he genuinely cared about helping us through a difficult situation. He was honest, patient and communicated with us every step of the way. The quality of work was outstanding, the crew was hard working and respectful, and everything was completed with excellence. The main thing that stood out to us was Pat's integrity and compassion. It's not common to find someone who treats you like family. Thank you, Pat, for not only doing exceptional work but also for showing such kindness and care to us during a season of great difficulty. We will forever be grateful! The Blake Family

John thank you so much for this great review. It was a pleasure diagnosing and solving your leaking issue and even deep diving into the solar fans and getting you connected with the proper people to get warranties to cover it. Just a really good day for us too thank you again

I had a warranty issue come up and the team was amazing from start to finish. They responded quickly, showed up when they said they would, and took the time to inspect everything thoroughly. They explained what they found, fixed the issue without any hassle, and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. It’s great to know they stand behind their work even after the job is done. Excellent customer service and a company that truly cares about its customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roofing company!

Performance Roofing came out to my house and did a free inspection, my roof is 6 years old and does not need replaced. Many other companies said it did need to be replaced. They did a $600 repair and the leak is gone. I would recommend this company to any one of my family members and friends.

So glad we could give you an honest inspection and help you with that leak. It was a pleasure doing business with you, Taylor!

The quality of work was excellent, and communication was consistently clear and timely. I’m very happy with the results.”

Performance Roofing and Construction made the whole process incredibly easy. They got me scheduled fast, showed up on time, and were great to work with throughout the entire project. Patrick also went above and beyond by helping me navigate the Texas Windstorm claim, which made a huge difference. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.
