  I called to get an estimate for a window/roof leak. Mason came out on a Monday, took pictures, and I also sent additional photos/videos showing the water leaking inside my home. He mentioned he would review the issue with Joe and arrange for someone to inspect the roof using a ladder. On Thursday, Mason told me Joe believed the issue was related to caulking around the exterior of the window and asked to return for more photos. I let him know I wasn’t home, but gave permission for him to come by and take additional pictures (not sure if he even came). It’s now been two weeks, and I haven’t received follow-up from anyone with Joe Ochoa Roofing. I chose not to reach out due to the poor customer service and lack of communication. If the job was considered too small, I would have appreciated the honesty rather than being ignored. Fortunately, I found a reputable company who correctly diagnosed the issue—not caulking, but a hole in the roof. They repaired the damage and replaced all affected insulation and sheetrock. I’m grateful I went with them, as the problem was more serious than originally suggested.

  Called them out to give a bid on a full roof replacement. "Lee" came out on September 13th. and walked through my requests - Roof, new Gutters, replace a damaged Skylight. He noted he was waiting on the arial surverys to finalize his bid and would contact me on Monday the 16th. Never heard from him. Sent a follow up email on the 23rd. - Nothing. Call them on the 25th. Was promised a bid that afternoon - nothing. Called them on the 27th again nothing. Call them on the 1st with a promise of a call back from Gabby - guest what - still nothing. Completely unprofessional way to do business. I get they are busy because of the Hurricane, but ignoring a roof replace + extra job? You would have to offer me a serious discount for me to even entertain keeping you in my bid list. Fail Joe Ochoa, Fail!!!!!!

  Joe Ochoa Roofing is terrible at customer service. They seem to only want huge jobs. I called Joe Ochoa Roofing to get an estimate to put Gutter on 2 sides of my garage. Eric Rosales called me on March 25, 2021 and assured me he would send me a quote. After 3 weeks of no contact, I called someone else and they got my gutters installed. Don't waste your time contacting them unless you have a huge job. Maybe they will actually care to get you a quote.

  I had an appoint for a quote, the man lied to me a said he came out which he did not I was home all day. He never sent me the quote, again another lie, of course i did not receive it after four request. I will never contact this company …

  Hi Daniel, I am very sorry you have had this problem but we don't seem to be able to find you in our system from an appointment to a quote. Would you please make sure you are reviewing the right company as there is another Ochoa roofing in the area and maybe it was that company. If not then please call our office and provide us with the name of the person that you had an appointment with so that we can try and fix the problem.

We worked with you for several months.  We used our time knowledge and expertise in getting you a new roof and your insurance company made the decision not to pay.  We do not charge for that service and have not been paid  a cent for all of our hard work and to be paid with a negative rating is very disappointing. Joe Ochoa Roofs & Even More has nothing to do with your insurance company's decision to deny your claim and we also don't make any claims to your insurance that may be false because it is not ethical. We are very sorry you are having this issue but we do not feel it is any fault of Joe Ochoa Roofs & Even More . We take our reviews on Google very seriously which is why we have a 4.6 star rating.   We chose Ochoa Roofing. The salesman came out and was very thorough. He scheduled with us to come out and sign a contract. I waited 2.5 hrs and he never showed. He replyed to our call later in the day and said he had a family emergency. OK, I understand and forgive even though he should have called. I took off work for 2 hours. We rescheduled and again we waited for 2 hours. No call No reply to our call. This is 2 more hours I took off from work. I'm going to call another company!

  Joe Ochoa Roofs & Even More did a great job repairing my siding. They were very efficient and professional. Mason Hall was my sales Rep.; he came out for the quote and gave me a fair price. He also came out once the job was complete to check the scope of work performed. I will use this company again; they are very honest and reliable.

  In 2015 I got a new roof with Ochoa, sold the house 11 years later and never had an issue with the roof or issue noted from the inspector when sold. With our new home purchase we needed a new roof and Ochoa was the company we went with. They’re courteous, competitively priced, professional and responsive.
