Mr. Fazli has been awesome to work with throughout the entire duration of my roof replacement project (and exterior upgrades). He was very clear with communication, deadlines, double checking each and every detail and demonstrated a lot of care for my property. Everything went very smoothly, so quickly, and I’m beyond happy with the full home service I received beyond roof repair. Project coordination was incredibly seamless despite the many moving parts; it all just happened with a snap of a finger on my end. I’m very thankful for the attention to detail and communication to insurance that was offloaded to TX Platinum, above all. Very much worth the investment and very happy with the results.
