Google Review – 1 Star I would not recommend this company. After they installed a new roof on my home, I discovered a gas leak caused by one of their roofing nails puncturing my gas line. Both Atmos Energy and the licensed plumber who repaired the damage confirmed that the puncture was caused by the roofing installation. I have provided the company with everything they requested, including photos, reports, invoices, and documentation. The original photos clearly show the roofing nail in the gas line, and the gas line was installed approximately 2 inches below the roofline, consistent with the contract requirements. Despite this, they continue asking for additional paperwork and photos that are impossible to provide because the repairs have already been completed. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage their crew caused, they have continued to give me the runaround and have refused to reimburse me for the plumbing repairs. I expected a company that promotes honesty and Christian values to stand behind its work, but that has not been my experience. If you’re considering hiring this company, I encourage you to think twice. My experience has been extremely disappointing, not because of the mistake itself, but because of the refusal to take responsibility and make things right.

Extremely poor service from Elevated Roofing. I would avoid them at all cost. We used them for our roof replacement 4 years ago and it was a horrible experience. They no-showed TWICE to a scheduled inspection that I had to schedule time off work to accommodate. The communication on their end is horrendous. People within the same company tell you different things and they don't follow up. Had people showing up to my house unannounced as well. They also didn't want to do an the repairs that were recommended and basically had to tell them to do it. Fast forward 4 years and needing some roof repair. I only called them for potential warranty coverage. Someone came out on 5/31 and I never heard from them again. I called the week after and they said they were working on a quote for me but no response. I called again the week after and they tried to schedule another inspection later in the week, even though I already had one. I asked for a manager to call me back and they said they would same day. Still no response a week later. They can't even provide a simple quote for a repair. If you want to be left in the dark and frustrated, go with Elevated Roofing, where the only thing elevated is your blood pressure.

We used the wrong company to install our roof. Elevated Roofing would not take full responsibility for puncturing our gas line while replacing our roof. I have no doubt that the Elevated Roofing representative Fidel could smell the gas each …

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. I've seen good reviews but my experience was anything but. Spent over $30K on a new roof and siding. Did roof first which was OK until the siding part. First, they put toe boards all over our new roof - this is when they nail boards into the roof so they can stand on them. So we have a new roof with holes everywhere through it now. Second the drip edges they put up were ruined when they took off siding (see pic below) - told us this would be fixed but it is certainly not. The painting of our siding resulted in paint on our brick which we were told would be removed, but it wasn't (see pic). There were a number of other issues, way too many to mention. Biggest issue was with their subcontractor who ordered way too much wood/siding which he charged us for. We had a long conversation about how I was going to use the left over wood for another project (he even told me the type of saw I would need to cut that particular type of wood). Next morning they came to clean the mess they left, instead they took all the left over wood and left the mess behind. When I called him he said he returned it for a refund. So I asked for the refund he immediately changed his story and said he had ordered extra wood for "another job". Funny how that didn't come up when we spoke about the project I was going to use that wood for. The story kept changing, like a criminal caught in a lie being questioned by police, because he keep digging a hole with deeper lies. I've asked for the receipt for the wood to compare it to the amount used but Elevated will not provide it - I wonder why? Since this job finished in Sept kept being told they would make things right until their VP Daniel Brennan called today (1/28) & made it clear that wasn't his priority and they wouldn't provide the receipt. He said it is now Jan & that was 6 months ago, never mind I have been asking for this for the past 6 months This is just a snippet of my experience with Elevated Roofing, my suggestion is

Paul, We were anticipating your review based on you threatening to after your profanity laced tirade. We don’t have “Some good reviews”, we have over 600 5 star reviews. That's a reflection of our company culture to take excellent care of our customers. Let's address the points of your review in order. • You told Daniel and Kenny, the work was great - not good. • Generally most roofs have toe boards to keep the on-site workers safe. The holes all get filled at project end. This is standard practice. • The drip edge was fixed immediately, this is not how we left it. The paint was from a previous job you had done- and we sent the before pics to you showing that. We still tried to remove it. • The timeframe you have referenced was long, but not entirely of Elevated’s making. You had personal business elsewhere that delayed the job. • For the siding, we gave you a price to complete the work- not for a certain amount of wood. You signed a contract for that price. We completed the work exactly as promised, and cut no corners- and you said the work was great. This would be like you contracting for a home, and asking for a refund when some of the framing wood was not used for whatever reason. We always over order for everything, that way we do not run out on the job site. The one issue was our subcontractor telling you anything about extra material. He should not be saying anything as he does not know. We did correct that issue. Daniel called you to try and provide solutions. You lost negotiating power and goodwill with us when you chose to start using profanity in the call with him. We bend over backwards to ensure we do a great job for our customers. Under no circumstance is profanity in communications acceptable to us. As with any other project we do for our customers, if you have any issues with quality or warranty, we will most certainly stand behind it and ensure you are taken care of.

I had these guys replace my roof. Very professional from start to finish. Request Ryan Marron if you can. He was great to work with and very helpful and responsive. He, in my opinion, even went above and beyond in helping me out when I was trying to pick a color for my shingles.

Thank you, David! Ryan takes a lot of pride in walking clients through every part of the project, even the small stuff like picking the right shingle color, so it's great to hear that made a difference for you. We appreciate the recommendation and are glad to have your new roof looking great.

We had an issue with the flashing on our roof and reached out to Elevated Roofing for help. Even though we had never used them before, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. They came out, took a look at the issue, and repaired the flashing for us. It’s not often you come across a company that is willing to help someone who isn’t even a previous customer without trying to sell them something or charge a fee. We really appreciated their honesty, kindness, and willingness to help. We will absolutely keep them in mind for any future roofing needs and highly recommend them!

I worked with Ryan M to put a new roof on my home in Oaklawn. Ryan was able to get me a quote same day in person. When it came time to install the roof, Ryan personally oversaw the job to completion and sent me completion photos along the way. Highly recommend these guys for your roofing needs. We're happy with the product and I'm sure you will be too.

I wanted to share my experience with J.D. and recognize his honesty and professionalism. He came out to inspect what I believed was a roof leak, and I was extremely impressed with his thoroughness, knowledge, and the way he handled the entire visit. After his detailed inspection, it was determined that the issue was actually a warranty matter with my builder. Thanks to J.D.'s honesty and detailed inspection report, I was able to work with my builder to have the necessary repairs completed. It's refreshing to find someone who values integrity over making a sale.

Rhonda, thank you so much for taking the time to share this. J.D. is exactly the kind of person we are proud to have representing Elevated Roofing. Giving you an honest, thorough inspection and pointing you in the right direction, even when that meant the work went elsewhere, is what integrity looks like in action. We will always choose doing right by our customers over making a sale, and it means the world to hear that came through for you. We truly appreciate your kind words and are here whenever you need us!

Called Elevated Roofing after the plumber inspecting our water heater noticed that the vent opening on the roof needed to be sealed. Ryan M came out to take a look and quickly found that the vent collar had somehow slid up. He got on the roof, fixed it right away, and even sealed everything properly. Ryan was friendly, professional, and took the time to listen to what the issue was before getting to work. Best of all, he didn't charge us for the repair. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and honesty. We'll definitely be calling Elevated Roofing for any future roofing needs. Highly recommend!

Had a fairly quick repair but much higher beings our home is 3 stories. Thomas responded to repair request on Yelp quickly and came to fix it quickly. Our initial estimate went higher due to the height of house and a specialty ladder needed. Even so, much cheaper than Angie's List and another local roofer who said it was handyman's job not roofer's.

Melissa, thank you for taking the time to share this! Three-story homes do add some complexity, and we're glad Thomas was able to get out to you quickly and get it sorted. We always want to be upfront when something like specialized equipment affects the final cost, so we appreciate your understanding there. It means a lot to hear that we came in well below the other quotes you received. We hope the repair holds up for many years to come, and don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need us again!
