  PLEASE READ | We chose Authority Roofing based on a recommendation, but I CANNOT recommend them. Since installation, we’ve had multiple leaks, and now, after recent storms, several shingles are coming off. They refuse to take calls and are placing the responsibility on me to fix their poor workmanship. Installed in 2018: - 2018–2020: Major, persistent leak (eventually hired someone else to fix it) - 2021: Squirrels in the attic due to an unfinished eave - 2022–Present: Large batches of shingles sliding off After just five years, expect your roof to start failing completely.

  Can’t get a call back to fix shingles that fall off. Had to pay another company to fix Authority roofing problem last year after they didn’t call me back. I’ve left four messages and never gotten a call back for the current missing shingles. Just want my shingles fixed.

  Hey Dan, We do apologize. We checked our online inquires and we never recieved one. We just check our messages and dont have anything in our system. Unfortunately, your phone number must be attached to our call service. It forwarded your messages to your previous representative that no longer works with us. We do apologize again.   The project manager over promised and under delivered. The roof was installed beginning of July and four months later, there's still no resolution. It was easy getting a return call before the roof was installed; after installation, not so much. Jeff the project manager stated it was one price then we were told they had to do extra work and that is was over $6K more. Our old roof didn't have leaks but just a few weeks later after the new roof by Authority, we had three plus leaks and a hole in our roof that was just shingled over. We called Jarell at the time who stated it was a more efficient way and that's the reason for the hole. They came out more than four times to attempt to fix what was supposed to of been new. The person that came out identified the three leaks, the missing vent where the plywood was missing and and outr home only protected by the shingles outside. More than three trips to somewhat rectify the roofing concerns, more than 30 calls from us to them to understand their justification for charging the cost of a new roof when they installed a faulter and hap hazard job. We had to replace four tires on our riding mower due to their crew not being thorough in their cleanup. Our dogs swallowed several of the items left behind and for weeks, we had to walk the yard to pick up nails and debri some of which still under our shed. The y replaced the door and the shed at a novice level. The paint job was one my youngest child could have done better. The painter's supervisor came on a different day to inspect the work and agreed. We sent pictures of leaks, paint job, nails, etc. We called to get an itemized list of what they were charging. It was not until October that we received it. Prior to this time, Jarell told me over the phone he wanted to rectify the situation and that he would handle it. He stated he worked hard for five years to get his position and that he told Catherine the CEO that he would send the itemization and that it was hi

  Wow, wish I had a wonderful experience! Roof was fine but interior was the worst!!! Unacceptable & excuses made!!

  I was blatantly lied to several times, customer service reps hung up on me, employees were rude, garbage was left on my property and when I finally asked to speak with someone in charge I was hung up on..... again...... please don’t believe the purchased reviews it’s not worth your time or money

  After a recent hail storm, I called and told them I had hail damage and wanted a quote for a complete re-roofing. The lady who answered took down all of my information and told me she was going to forward my info to a project manager and I would be contacted by them in a few days. After a week and no phone call, I called back and was apologized to and told that she would resend my info to the project manager and ensure I would be contacted. It has now been several weeks and no call. I guess they don't need business. I will not be using them for any roofing needs.

  Authority Roofing is my go to company when I’m in need of a reliable company, this is my 4th time using them with my last three homes. Jesse is wonderful to work with and deals directly with the insurance company to get everything approved and paid out. Thank you for always making it easy for me.🙂

  This is our second time using Authority Roofing. We love working with Jesse. He is so easy to coordinate with and keeps us fully updated. They do a great job coordinating with our insurance company, making sure all the repairs are appropriately accounted for. The contractors do a great job and are courteous and respectful.

  I highly recommend Authority Roofing for a professional, thorough, and pleasant roof repair/replacement experience. Project Manager Jesse Helm is friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to provide the best customer service. The roofing crew is careful and considerate and left my property neat and tidy after they finished work and cleaned up. I’ve used Authority Roofing for two roof replacements since I moved here and, with the hail we get in my area, chances are I’ll be calling them again in the future. They are my ‘go to’ roofer and should be yours, too!

  Hail Storm in Plano on May 19, 2023. Houses and vehicles in the area were damaged. . . . . . Interviewed several roofing contractors during the next several weeks. Also communicated with my home owner insurance company. . . . . . Decided to go with Authority Roofing based on their expertise, referrals, information packet, attention to details in the contract, and project manager. . . . . . Jesse H from Authority Roofing was the project manager for my house. He responded to text messages in timely fashion. He answered all my questions on the job site. . . . . . Authority Roofing removed the old roof on August 18, 2023. Installed the new roof the same day. . . . . . Authority Roofing used tarps to protect my shrubs, lawn, air conditioner, sidewalk, and driveway. . . . . . Authority Roofing used several magnets to pick up old and new nails from the ground around my house. They hauled away all the debris from the roof replacement project. . . . . . All the roofers working on my house were professional, efficient, and courteous. They all took pride in their work. . . . . . Authority Roofing sub-contracted out the replacements for my fence, gutters, and window screens. . . . . . J L Fences and Dallas Quality Gutters. Forget the name of the window screen company. . . . . . Employees from each of the 3 sub-contracted companies were professional and efficient - just like Authority Roofing. . . . . .   We highly recommend Jesse and Authority Roofing. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. We had our roof replaced this summer due to hail damage with a different roofing company, but we’ve had multiple warranty issues with leaks and poor workmanship. Recently our water heater’s pilot light went out and our plumber came to service it; whereupon, he pointed out issues with the gas exhaust venting; he recommended having our roofer come back out to inspect. Frustrated with those folks, we googled other nearby roofers, read the reviews, and selected Authority Roofing. Jesse came out to trouble-shoot and quickly discovered the new vent cap on top of the roof was installed too far down on the flue pipe, thus restricting the flow of exhaust fumes. Wow, who knew, and what a potentially dangerous situation over time. Jesse fixed our issue and took the time to explain everything. We feel much better knowing we have a great new partner in Authority Roofing to help service and maintain our home!

  Jesse took great care of us. Second hail storm we had to deal with and he and Authority Roofing did above and beyond work both times. I hope we never have to deal with hail damage again, but without a doubt we’ll use Authority Roofing.

  We worked with Jesse to repair the hail damage on our roof and around the house. He was very responsible and very prompt to reply to our texts. This was the 2nd time we worked with Authority Roofing. They are very professional and have good work ethic.
