  Had someone come out to look at a minor issue with my roof. They promised to follow-up that day. Over a week later I hadn’t heard back so I followed up. Then they sent me a bunch of photographs of my roof with zero explanation what any of it meant and a docusign to replace my roof. Waste of time. (They left a comment that I reviewed the wrong company - this is false. Their company name and website are attached in the email I got. Apparently the commenter doesn’t know what goes on at their company)

  Hello Jen…Please make sure you are leaving a review for the right company as you are not in our system nor do we do DocuSign for our contracts typically. We have face to face meetings with our clients. We do use DocuSign on special occasions but it isn’t a normal process of ours not just sending pics of roof without explanation.   If you want your time absolutely wasted go ahead with this company. I tried hiring them for a window leak upstairs. David was the mans name I dealt with. I received a quote and said it would be a few weeks to get the crew out there. No surprise since most contractors seem to be backed up. But after the initial contact it was hard even getting a response or update. Finally almost a month later he informed me that the crew tested positive for covid and we would have to wait till they had negative results. More than understandable but I was baffled that they apparently only had this one crew that could do my repairs throughout an entire company. Deciding to wait for them instead of hiring another company, another three weeks went by before finally confirming they were good to go (which again it was very hard to even get ahold of them to see what was going on.) Got a time and date scheduled for Saturday at 8 A.M. Seeing as I do not currently live at this property I had to get up and drive there to meet them. 8:30 rolls by... nothing. Give David a call... no answer. 9:30 goes by still waiting there and called David again. Didn't answer his phone again. Finally 10:00 goes by and no call from David or any sort of indication what was going on so I decided I'm done with this company and left the property since I had an extremely busy day ahead of me. When I finally got an update I was already gone and moving on with my day. David left me a text... didn't even have the decency to call and explain what happened, that he was sorry and some one was on there way now. This was at 10:30. I told him I don't need there services anymore and not to bother. Long story short your company and representatives have no respect for there customers time and that tells me all I need to know about this company. THANKS FOR WASTING OVER A MONTH OF MY TIME

  Thank you for the valuable feedback DJ. Customers are always notified of delays because of COVID exposure or supply chain issues, but we know this is frustrating for everyone. We are working to provide the best service using only crews we trust in spite of these challenges. If we cannot respond to customers the same day we ensure a response within 24 hours. Peak's customers can count on same day communication and confirmation from our crew that the service is still going as scheduled. For this particular project, there was a delay between the project manager and the crew for the time of service. We understand that this affects our customers' schedules and have put additional internal policies into place to ensure the two-hour delay does not happen again.

  They are totally unresponsive. I had a roof leak in the early evening. Called Peak Roofing to have someone come to tarp the area. The answering service took my information and said someone would call me back shortly. An hour (and no call) later I called them back. They apologized and promised someone would call in a few minutes. I never heard from them.

  I have used Jeff and Peak Roofing and Construction for all of my roof shingling/repairs over the years. He is honest, ethical and dependable. Jimmy turned out to be quite the salesman/coordinator...I refer them to all of my friends! T. Little (listed as "John Smith")

  First time experience with Peak Roofing and Construction, but overwhelmed by the top quality of their work. They tackled two separate projects, attic ventilation and fence repair, with very professional results. My thanks to Marcus and the entire team at Peak. I will definitely call again with any future construction needs.

  I just had my roof replaced last month thru Peak Roofing & Construction. They're an "open book" from the start. They don't beat around the bush & leave you wondering where you stand. They're completely up-front and open and will answer every question you may have. I knew the day Josh came out and spoke with me who I was going to hire. They had a quote and price for me within 3 days! There's no pressure from their sales people. They give you all the info, send you the quote and tell you to call them if you have any further questions. They respond immediately...best communication I've ever encountered. Awesome job guys! I recommend you VERY HIGHLY!!!

  As a realtor, I chose Peak Roofing for my roof replacement. During the warranty period, I had a leak and called them out to investigate the problem. They spent part of two days doing various test to locate and isolate the issue. As it turned out, the leak was not related to the roof. It was actually related to a window frame issue in a dormer. Peak provided a detailed analysis of the inspection and provided a repair plan to take care of my problem. They performed the repair. Always courteous and professional with good communication. In my opinion, they went above and beyond the call of duty in standing behind the warranty they provide. I highly recommend Peak Roofing & Construction.

  Peak Roofing did a great job - we had some rain and noticed a leak and thought it might have to do with prior work but they got their roofer engaged right away and same day I had someone knocking looking to investigate and tarp up. He figured out that it was actually in a completely different area from a piece of siding on the chimney. Marcus, the office interaction, the tarp technician all were exceptionally professions and friendly. We all spoke over text and phone same day and days after with pictures and video. Can only recommend this company highly.. there are so many sketchy roofing groups out there it is nice to work with one that solid and trustworthy.. thanks!!

  Peak Roofing is a dependable and reliable company whom you can trust and I could not be happier choosing them over other roofing companies. I'm extremely satisfied with the results and how the team handled all aspects of the project, from the replacement of roof to chimney and gutters plus some unexpected work. Ricardo has truly exceeded all expectations with his contribution to the project by consistently communicating, always being on site and doing so much extra work along the way. Robert and his team installed a beautiful roof ahead of schedule and followed up with a few minor tweaks. Tony went far and beyond to make sure all concerns are addressed and well taken care of, including installing a custom-made transition flashing. Having such hard-working, dedicated employees is an asset to the company.

  I recently changed the roof and gutters on the house and this company was amazing throughout the process. Inspection was great and recommendation to work with insurance was very helpful. The crew was efficient and fast. Roof was done in one day. Everything was on time as planned. Also communication was very clear. I would certainly recommend them for your roof project.   If you’re looking for a roofing company that actually communicates and takes good care of customer, go with Peak Roofing. We had a roof issue that needed immediate attention, and they were on top of it right away. Meanwhile, the company that originally installed the roof took over a week just to get back to us. Huge thank you to the Marcus from Peak Roofing for the quick turnaround and great work! Highly recommend is you’re running into roofing issues.

  We’ve worked with Peak Roofing twice now and have been really happy both times. They fixed a section of our roof, handled the related construction work smoothly, and kept everything within budget. Mike was great about explaining options and offering tips to help prevent future issues. He even came back recently to help with a small repair and was just as friendly and professional as before. Definitely a company you can count on for roofing and home construction projects.
