The repair was poorly done and started leaking again after the first rain.

Writing on behalf of my grandmother. Believe it or not, this is among their best work. Ruben told me himself. A delaminated shingle due to firing nails in the wrong spots. You should see their carpentry. A middle schooler in shop class can do better - coming from someone who took shop in middle school. Also, it took me about 2 hours, but I built a jig to cut these slats perfectly and then cut 12 of them. Next problem: they thought it would be a good idea to use MDF (an interior grade material) on the exterior of the building and instead of replacing the original hail damaged stucco siding with stucco, they opted for joint compound - but they cut costs by skipping primer. Their deck is great. They installed all planks upside down so they have cupped with a couple of years of age and now hold water. A well built deck should last a decade when painted with good paint. Also, their paint has faded and it’s been a year since I fought them on repairs. I guess they skipped the UV protection? She’s 92 and blind, so when they told her how incredible it looked she believed them. When I called to ask them to fix their work, they sent out contractors whose work is failing again a year later. They also stole my ladder and left their broken one behind. Weird, but again, there are bigger problems here.

I got an estimate from Ruben and Two Brothers Roofing early this year. Ruben was, at first blush, amiable and professional. In that sense, he’s a great salesman. Ruben indicated his job minimum was $550. I understood and agreed to this, but …

This is such a horrible roofer to work with. They are unethical. They'll promise you that they will go after the insurance company for you to get you a new roof. That's just because they want the job and will tell you anything. And when you don't give them the contract to your roof, they'll result to attacks and unprofessional conduct. I wont recommend them for any reason. My husband and I had such a bad experience.

I had a horribel experience working with this company. The one brother David is rude, dishonest and unprofessional. He poorly represented his roofing company. I won't recommend them at all.

Ruben did a great job communicating with me, and his team performed a rigorous effort to isolate the leak at my chimney. They made the fix and verified the integrity post-repair with another test. Used Google reviews and the USAA contractor service, and Two Brothers was on both.

The experience working with TwoBros was amazing. Their online estimator tool is a great way to get a baseline and it provides you options when looking for a new roof installation. Ruben is amazing to work with. He provided a comprehensive overview of everything and his in person quote matched really well with the online estimator. As a customer I find that to be really valuable. When it was time for install, Ruben and his team worked with me every step of the way. They kept me informed on progress and set proper expectations. I cannot recommend TwoBros enough!!

Ruben with Two Brothers roofing came across as not only a consummate professional with high integrity but was also empathetic to my problem and made room in his busy schedule to get the roof replaced in time for my house sale. His price was very competitive and the craftsmanship on the roof impeccable all while getting the roof replacement done in the span of around 10 hours. I couldn’t have sold my home without his expertise, willingness to take on the project in such short notice, and absolute candor about what my roof really needed, what was not needed to come up with a fair and accurate price for the project. Thank you Ruben I wish every contractor I had to deal with had your mores and integrity.
