  Holden has done several roofs for us in the last 6 years. One roof replacement application has caused us several issues. They came out and told us it was installed incorrectly but then they sent another employee who said it was correct and they would not fix it. We are now dealing with water leaks that have caused damage to our home exterior and interior wood floors. Another roofing company verified the application was installed incorrectly, now we have to pay to repair the damages caused by Holdens roof installation. I do not recommend Holden.

  Very inconsiderate company, they did work on my neighbor's house and left all there trash in my back yard even nails. Maybe next time knock on the neighbor's door and ask if u can check for trash

  After the storm last year, a rep was working the neighborhood for claims due to hail damage. I initiated contact with the individual. He explained what he was doing, and I bluntly told him just be transparent with me and don’t try and screw me over when discussing the proposal for getting a new roof. After we started the process, some concerns arose and I addressed them with the representative. He immediately pointed to the fine print, stating that I would have to pay the company if I backed out of the commitment. Mind you, none of this was clarified during our sit down. This man sat in my home, met my family, and lied to my face. He said he was a veteran and former police officer, and as a veteran myself, I identified with that and trusted what he was saying. Holden may be a good company, but this interaction let me know that I cannot trust anyone to be honest here in San Antonio. It’s all about who you can hustle. Go figure this place is considered Military City USA. It’s a gold mine to take advantage of service members who just want Americans to tell the truth and live up to their word.

  Just for your information, in case there are others who have a warranty... Due to our recent hail storm. Holden roofing approached us at our doorstep to notify us about a transferable warranty that was in place from the previous owner. The roof had been installed in 2019. However, due to the recent hail storm, we had a protective cover put on a hole to prevent any leakage and prevent further damage inside, since rain is to be expected this week. Unfortunately, this action resulted in the voiding of our warranty.

  Mike Jarvis is a top tier roofing consultant!! After working with a bad contractor, Mike personally patched the holes in my roof to keep my house dry before my roof installation job began. I upgraded from a shingle roof to metal and it was an excellent choice! Each of the crews that came to tear off the old roof, install the metal roof, and install gutters was very efficient, professional, and thoroughly cleaned up after. Mike was there every day checking on the progress and addressing my concerns. Even after the job has completed, Mike is still answering my questions! He really goes out of his way to make sure I’m happy with my new roof and I couldn’t be more appreciative. He’s even talking me through the financing process which is handled by a separate company! If I had another roof I would choose Holden Roofing for all my roof repairs, but I expect this new metal roof to last 50+ years. Thank you Mike Jarvis and Holden Roofing!!

  I highly recommend Holden roofing company. I had 4 roof vents leaking into my attic and they addressed the situation quickly, professionally, and we're very honest. Alyssa Warren did a wonderful job and I will be having them come back out to do a full repair on my roof. Thank you so much again God bless

  I recently had a leak develop in my roof. Alyssa Warren came out and conducted a thorough investigation and determined the issue. The crew that came out did a great job repairing the defect causing the water intrusion.

  We had an outstanding experience with Holden Roofing, and their representative, Mark, from start to finish. Amazing service from him and his communication throughout the whole process was so professional. The entire team was courteous and very responsive. The work was done on time and our new roof is beautiful. Mark handled all communication with our insurance company as well so the whole process was so easy. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for all future roofing needs. We had our roof replaced years ago and the service and quality of work from that company compared to Holden was like night and day. Thanks to Mark and his team!!

  Holden Roofing is worthy of more than 5 stars but since Google limits me to 5 stars, they deserve every one of them. Joseph Lourigan was quick to assess my issue and corrected it very quickly. He was professional and courteous from the moment we made contact through completion of my roof repair. Highly recommend!

  Joseph and Victor from Holden Roofing were outstanding! I had a roof leak and they showed up within 30 minutes, which honestly saved me from a lot more damage. He quickly got everything tarped and secure, then took the time to walk me through multiple repair options without any pressure. Super knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. On top of that, the pricing was very fair. If you need a roofer who actually shows up and takes care of you, highly recommend Holden!!
