  Alfredo, we are disappointed to read this review, as they do not accurately reflect the situation. Your time working with Stephens Roofing ended due to violations of our subcontractor agreement and company policies. We take our customers’ trust very seriously, and any behavior on a job site that risks that trust will result in immediate termination of the working relationship. Regarding your claims about materials, Stephens Roofing only uses products from reputable manufacturers such as GAF and Tamko, which are widely recognized for their quality. Materials are ordered based on a combination of satellite measurements, insurance company measurements, and in-person measurements taken by our representatives. While occasional discrepancies can occur in any construction project, they are addressed promptly to ensure the homeowner’s project is completed to specification. We also must note that we received repeated feedback from homeowners requesting that a different crew complete or repair work after your team’s visits. This was one of several factors that led to our decision to end the professional relationship. Finally, the photo included in your review contains private customer information. To protect the privacy and security of our customers, we will be reporting that image to Google for removal. We understand online reviews can influence trust, so we want to be clear for anyone reading that this review is not from a customer and does not reflect the quality of our work or materials. Stephens Roofing remains committed to providing professional service, using quality materials, and delivering work that meets or exceeds industry standards.

  Installed the wrong size gutters than paid for and contracted for of a dear friend. They refuse to correct, saying the 5" is fine vs the 6" she paid for. Thier error, bad customer relations, now her only recourse will be small claims court. I do not recommend this contractor if they don't stand by thier contacts.

  Asked for an estimate for cleaning of 26 solar panels. Estimate was $1,107.00. Absolutely not, found another company for $220.00. Ripoff

Yes in any industry you can find companies that are willing to cut corners in their service which will show in the short run , fortunately we work on the long run basis and don’t cut corners on our service, which has helped us establish very long term relationships with over 20000 customers .   Call them for an inspection ...they came... everything seemed like they were going to take good care of us and they said they needed us to sign papers ...never sent ...we reached out to ask when we should expect to get them and then they ghosted us!

  Had company come out for a leak. Price was decent but this company does not give warranty on any patch repair only on complete roof replacement. Communication was horrible throughout the process. They could not schedule me until 2 weeks …

While we don’t provide warranties on repairs, we do stand behind our work—if the same spot continues to leak, we’ll return to address it until it’s resolved. That’s why we scheduled an inspection to determine whether the leak was coming from the same area or a different source. Unfortunately, our inspector wasn’t able to visit after you let us know another company would be handling the repair. We understand there may have been some miscommunication regarding charges. To clarify: you would only have been billed if additional repairs outside the original scope were required. We’re sorry for the confusion and regret not doing more to ease your concerns at the time.   This company did a roof repair for my uncle charging about $1700 and about six months later the roof keeps leaking and they keep sending more people to repair and they can never find a problem but in the meantime my attic and interior keeps getting damaged.. I called another Roofer to see if I can fix it and they discover that the repairs that Steven Roofing did have nothing to do with the issue and that’s why it didn’t work. The sales person who sold me the service never even came back to do a quality check after the job was done to make sure that things were done correctly and now I have to pay an hour $2000 to another company to fix it

  I'd like to recommend Stephens Roofing as a highly trustworthy company. They have come to my rescue on different several occasions, the first was when a raccoon tore up my roof, and most recently I had my house leveled resulting in minor damage to the roof. Both times Stephens Roofing came out and gave a free estimate. I scheduled repairs both times and was very satisfied. In addition, their representatives were very professional.

  Several years ago Zane Jackson of Stephens Roofing replaced my entire roof after a hail storm. He did a great job and the company was easy to work with. I've had him back a couple of times for inspections. Zane went out of his way to save me money, too.

  I worked with Cash Calahan at Stephen’s roofing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He made suggestions regarding shingle color. He was informative about the process of replacing rotten wood as well as.roof installment. I would highly recommend Stephen’’s Roofing and Cash Callahan for your roofing needs.
