  To future customers, be warned! Everything started out great with the inspection and quote. Then we agreed to the start date and time. The start time was from 10:00-11:00am. On the day of the scheduled service 11:30 came and no service technician or phone call. I called the production manager and he was baffled as to why his employee wasn't at my residence. He called the employee and then informed me the employee had an issue and he wasn't able to come out on that scheduled time. I said I understood and we agreed for him to come out the next day at 7:30am. Once again, on the day of agreed upon service 8:00 came and again no technician. I called the company and expressed my dissatisfaction with the service. The employee finally showed up at 8:36am. We discussed what was supposed to be done and he wasn't very clear on what needed to be done and asked me how I wanted it to be fixed. I informed him I know nothing about fixing roofs and told him I would print off a copy of the quote of what was to be fixed. I went to the computer and printed the quote. When I returned outside to give it to the technician, he was gone. He did not tell me anything, and just left. At which time the CEO of the company called me to discuss the issue. I explained to him what had happened and he agreed the production manager should not have given specific times due to the nature of the roofing business. The CEO said he was going to get to the bottom of the matter. When I asked to be compensated for my time and money. He replied they're not a non-profit business. I informed him I wasn't asking for a free service. However, if he understood good customer service, at least ask, "How can we make this right?" Possibly offer 10% off of the cost. By this point I was frustrated with the conversation and attempted to end it. He then tried to explain how he was a 42 / year / old male and he demanded that I showed him respect the same way he showed me respect. I then explained to him how customer service w

  I am still waiting for a response both here and through BBB. In respnse to "we have seved thousands of cusomers and have as many satisfied customers", I would be a satisfied customer as well if you would just return to our business and fix the issues or refund our money. As with most small, family owned businesses, we simple can't afford to pay to someone else for the job we have already paid you to do You have been difficult to reach and have offered many empty promises. Orginal post: Bison roofing did work for us In May of 2022. Januray of this year, the roof started leaking and now has over a dozen leaks. There is damage to the interior of the building as a result. I have put in probably 20 phone calls to the company. They have promised to return my calls, as Genaro is often in meetings. He has only called me back twice according to my extensive documentation. They sent someone to "look" at the roof Labor Day weekend of this year, months and months after first contact. No repairs were done at that time. They sent one guy out to patch the leaks in September with only one bucket of materials. That, of course, was not sufficient. They have claimed to file on the manufacturer warranty and still the roof is not fixed. Almost a year later, the roof is not fixed and we are out a lot of money. I do not have any confidence that they will come through on past promises or warranty work. Thanks for the email Bison for asking me to do a reveiw. If I could do zero stars, I would.

  We apologize for the misunderstanding. Although we did perform some extensive repairs in another area, the leaks you are experiencing now are originating from an area that we did not work on. Our guarantee applies to the work we have done, and not to the rest of the roof which we did not install. We apologize for the confusion. We performed our repair per our agreement.   Hello Rocket Rye. We are not aware of any customers experiencing leaks after any recent roof replacements. Is Rocket Rye an alias? Would you mind sharing your name so we may further investigate and contact you? Also, the manufacturer warranty does not require 5 products. Once we get your name, we will contact you to better educate you on the warranty. Also, if you have a leak, Bison Roofing provides a 5 year workmanship warranty, and that would have been covered under our warranty. We apologize if you were misinformed about the warranty coverage.

  They took my insurance money after hurricane Harvey and took two and a half years to install a new roof. New roof they installed wasn't even up to code and I had to have it replaced!! They have never attempted to contact me since . I had to hire someone else and pay out of pocket for the rest of the work. My life has been a nightmare because of Bison Construction!

  I had a couple different companies come out to give me a quote. Robert was excellent and very thorough in the review of the attic and roof. Showed me the issue when he was finished and received a quote later that day. His partner Emily communicated throughout the process and was very easy to work with for payment. On the day of the repair Derrick and his time arrived and had the work done same day. All were very knowledgeable and excellent to work with and offered the best price.   So far Bison roofing has been a great company to work with. The team members that I worked with were Cesar, Derek, and Robert. Robert went the extra mile to find solar company that could took off my panels and reinstall for a lower price. Cesar and Derek were here on the day of the new roof install and their crew was nothing but professional. They cleaned up all the extra nails and roof debris that came off, and they even got the extra bits that landed on my shed and playhouse. Derek even sent me pictures of the progresd of my roof. Everything looks great and I am very happy with Bison Roofing and the service they have provided.
