My intro meeting with Terry went so much better than the others I'd had for the same project. The day of the meeting, I was texted a little photo/bio pic letting me know who I could expect to come to my door for the meeting. that may be a small detail, but as a woman doing this meeting alone, it gave me a great sense of comfort. His knowledge, suggestions and thoroughness of detailing exactly what's going on with my very old roof and dormers situation left me feeling empowered that I had found a good fit for doing work on my 100 year old house. The fact that the quote came in slightly under what I'd budgeted was icing on the cake. Their proposal was the most detailed I've seen and covered all of my questions and accurately reflected my initial meeting and concerns. The communication thus far has been top notch; Can't recommend them enough!
