Was working with Keystone Builders on some hail damage to the roof and accessories from May 2022 along with some additional ventilation required for a bathroom remodel. They were initially responsive up until a contract was signed and then it was incredibly spotty responses that required multiple messages (initiated by me) and nagging to get the most basic of responses ("sorry, still working on your case"). Took months to get any amount of feedback and then finally (in November 2022), at the end of it all, they forgot to inform us that they would not be able to help us with our project. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you were looking to get ignored and enjoy being strung along for far too long.

A rep from this company rang our doorbell today, and when we didn't answer (because we were both on calls for work, not that you should need a reason to not answer your doorbell), he proceeded to knock after a few minutes, which caused our dog to go crazy. Please respect when people don't answer on the first try.

Paris is exceptional. Excellent communications and follow thru. Communications were courteous, honest, frequent and accurate. The completed whole house gutter job is fantastic. The installer John is courteous, hard working and detailed oriented. Very pleased with the project!

I just got a new roof and we’re so thankful we had Paris to help us through the process. He was amazing to work with. He was timely, thorough, and helped us work with our insurance company to get the job done. He even personally stayed an hour after the crew left getting all the nails picked up to make sure our kids didn’t step on any. If you’re looking to have work done on your roof, or get a new one I highly recommend getting a hold of Paris at keystone!

We were very impressed with Brandon's honesty, professionalism and his bid to reroof our home with Class 3 shingles. His crew did an outstanding job of tear off, reroofing and cleanup of our house and large garage. I highly recommend Keystone Builders & Exteriors!!!

I hired Keystone to do my roof. I knew Randy and his crew would do an excellent job, and they did. The job started along time ago and they stuck to their guns on my project.

Keystone doesn’t know this, but I tried for months to get a different roofer (the one who installed my roof) out to look at a repair job. Finally, I gave up and called Keystone who came out the next day, quoted it and within two weeks had …

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great experience with Keystone Builders! Cameron and Juan were excellent to work with, professional, communicative, and clearly take pride in their work. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the quality of the roofing exceeded our expectations. This is a great company with great people, and we are so glad we chose them.
