  i was outside their building sitting on a picnic table simply waiting for a ride when a man came out telling me “You can’t seat there!” and “Get up and leave now that’s my picnic table” i guess they don’t want anyone sitting on their table….

  We were working on their jobsite right after they completed a rood job and nails were left along driveway and we lost a 300$ HD truck tire from it. I hoped they'd have compensated for part of the tire stating they'd didn't use that type of nail" It was clearly an old nail that was removed..

  Slow response time to an old installation question and a really lousy excuse for taking over 2 months to get back to me. I won't be back.

  So far I am not a fan. Set up the appointment and Reed was a no show no call On June 24th 2018. Sent an email. Still nothing. June 27th now still no call back. Very professional.

  They rescheduled the first time I asked for a quote, then was a no show for the second appointment. I called in inquire about getting a quote, I got a call back that said they weren't interested in the work, and were declining to even give me a quote. If this is their communication practices, they must be a nightmare to work with.

  We hired these guys to do our gutters. While they were out assessing the gutter situation they mentioned that we could use some patch work on our roof. We already knew that we should eventually have that done so we agreed to add that on for $300. The guy who did the patch work patched a few areas and it took him no time at all so I already felt like we were overpaying for that but that's what we had agreed to so whatever. When we got the bill I sent a check for half of it and figured I'd send the other half when we got paid again. Shortly after we started getting phone calls saying we hadn't paid anything yet even though they had cashed the check for $150 that I sent. I was told to send a photocopy of the cashed check from my online banking with the rest of the money. I sent the other $150 and a photocopy of the first check and literally two days after the second check cashed we got a phone call saying we still hadn't paid anything and we owed them $300!!!! And they seemed completely confused about our situation like he had no idea that we had already spoken about this a few times and I had send a photocopy of the cashed check. They either have the most unorganized billing department or somebody there is crooked because they have cashed $300 in check from us but keep telling us we haven't paid a thing, even with photocopy proof. I would never hire them again.

  Kelly, we do have a 500 Dollar minimum on work, we gave you a discount on the work since we were there on a gutter job already, we had some mix up where the check was concerned, we did apologize for the trouble. We feel that did not deserve such a low score as you liked the work we did do.

  My roof needed to be replaced and Roofs-R-Us was among the contractors I requested bids from. Erik Hofer responded and he was amazing to work with. He is very knowledgable, provided several good options, and answered all my questions. I ultimately selected Malarky Class 4 shingles. Eric and his team completed the installation including clean-up in less than a full day. This included replacing some sheets of plywood when damage was uncovered during installation. I received multiple bids and I am so glad I selected Erik and his team.

  I met with Eric to discuss gutter options. I explained the problems to him and showed him a video of the gutters during a rain storm. He was patient, attentive and thorough. He is a great listener. After he examined the gutter system and watched the videos, he recommended getting new downspouts. He said the fix was an easy one for a homeowner. He told me what materials I would need and where to purchase them. Eric is honest and kind, truly the best qualities anyone could ask for in a sales person. I appreciated his candor so much. I will DEFINITELY go to Roofs R Us for any roofing or gutter needs in the future. Eric's level of honesty and helpfulness is rare in today's world!

  Erik and his siding team are the best! Erik is so knowledgeable, flexible, helpful & hard-working! I love the end result of our updated look and have much more peace of mind now that the issues hiding under our old siding are gone.   Cynthia and Erik were professional and easy to work with. They explained the whole process to replace the shingles on our roof. They cleaned up after the job, couldn't even tell they were there. The crew showed up on time and workmanship was outstanding.

  Great crew and company will use again if the need arises. Would recommend to anyone. Took great care of our property cleaned up after roof replacement nothing that didn’t belong on the yard was left. Crew worked hard all day! Friendly leader Erik knows what he is doing .

  We had a small repair and were happy Roofs R Us was willing to take it on. They were AWESOME with an estimate and giving us info about our roof (age, condition etc). Work was completed quickly, billing easy. I'd highly recommend.

  I had a coworker recommend Erik and his company to finish the remainder of my roofing project I was planning on finishing myself in the spring. Erik came out to my place and gave an honest and fair quote. He was incredibly knowledgeable, punctual and transparent. My wife and I happened to be traveling when his crew had availability but Erik provided updates via text with pictures to put our mind at ease. I was delighted to come home a great looking roof but even more delighted to find the crew really went the extra mile with cleanup. Thank you for doing such a great job and will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to replace their roof.

  I appreciated the timely and consistent communication from the initial contact to the project completion.   Mike was prompt and professional and we’re pleased with our new roof and gutters done by the work crews. We had a minor problem with nails in our attic and Mike came out quickly to resolve the issue. It wasn’t the cheapest estimate we got but we’re very satisfied with the results!
