  Update: zero stars if that were possible. Terrible craftsmanship, holes drilled for flashing went thru a 5 year old rubber flat roof. Also covered up multiple kitchen exhaust vents (4 unit building) and a dryer vent with siding and didn't AT ALL vent them. Placement of pieces of siding where there is nothing to nail them to. Nails thrown on top of rubber roof. Complete stupidity unless your business model is overpass arson. They gave me an original contact to sign for insurance work which I signed but when I opted to go with a better, longer lasting product instead of doing the industry-standard paperwork, a Change Order, they had me sign a 'new' contract which was actually a second, concurring contract with pricing that only made sense of it replaced the original contact. Total scam artists with a complete lack of quality control. Very threatening and I had to hire a lawyer to rid myself of this stage 5 clinger. Good riddance! If I were you I would hire almost anybody else.

  Be prepared to go to court with Storm Group if they damage your property. They will not take responsibility. After the delivery truck damaged our property this is the response I got from the general manager Nick, "Take for instance this example: I order a package off Amazon. When Amazon delivers the product they run over my mailbox. You would reach out to Amazon to get the mailbox fixed, not the company whose product you bought." I didn't ask the shingle manufacturers to fix my sidewalk Nick. Storm Group is Amazon in your own analogy. My property never got fix and they got payed, that was all they cared about. I would recommend that anyone looking for a roof find a different company. There are many other companies who actually deserve the business. Update 11/24, to Respond to Nick: I can confirm that the sidewalk in front of my house was replaced yesterday. I will assume it was contracted by Storm Group or their subcontractor Lyman. I'm not sure, because I was not informed it was going to be happening. This was all I asked for. I have no reason to try to defame your company. I just asked for good communication and for the damages to be addressed. You can be bitter with me if you want, but from my perspective, this is the only route that has produced any results. The point I have been trying to make to you as your customer, is that if I take your word that the issues will get resolved and that I have it in writing that they will get resolved, what recourse do I have if they don't get resolved? My only recourse would be to go to court. I decided to pay you in full instead of spending my time pursuing that. Frankly, I'm surprised that it got fixed after that, based on our emails. I don't think anyone would have expected to have concrete work done on November 23rd. Think about this situation next time, when you back your customers into a corner, what do you except the result to be?   I need a new siding for my house and I asked for an estimate from 5 different companies. Four companies gave me very similar amounts. Storm Group gave me an estimate exceeding estimates from other companies by 5 thousand !!!!! With absolutely the same materials and the same volume of work !!!!

  A very unprofessional company. It started out good. I had hail damage in August. The salesman came to my door, and was very professional. Then that's when the problems came. I had to wait a couple of months for my shingles to arrive, and when I tried calling for the updates on my shingles I had no response from my salesman. Finally, we got a date to do the shingles, and the WORK CREW DID NOT SHOW UP. As far as I know this is very unprofessional. The only good thing about this company is that they used Mexicans to their roofing. FYI: most roofing companies use Mexicans anyway. To give this company the benefit of the doubt, it was during a big hail storm, and I am sure they were busy. It is no excuse not to return phone calls, and not for a roofing crew to show up.

  I would be very leery of using this company. I'm an out of state investor and was in town in a short window to conduct a bidding process for a siding job. I had an appointment scheduled for 10 AM, with another appointment at 11 AM the same day. I figured that would give me enough time to have the meeting without being it awkward between competing companies. The day of the meeting, I received a phone call that another meeting went a little late and the salesman thinks he can meet me at 10:15. I thought that was fine, and would probably still give us enough time before the 11 AM. Without another call, the salesman showed up at 10:35, and the 11 AM showed up while Storm Group was still there. I transitioned over to the company that was on time and asked the salesman to take measurements while I talked to the other company. The salesman from Storm Group took measurements, didn't check back in with me and went to his truck and left without saying anything. I still have yet to receive the quote, and the whole situation was extremely unprofessional. Based on this limited interaction, I would stay away from this company.

  We had several contractors out to look at a persistent leak in our roof and received a lot of unclear and costly answers. Nick visited twice to assess the problem and was the only one to correctly identify the issue as related to the vent! I am so glad we trusted Storm Group Roofing with this repair and would definitely use them again. No more leak! The quick scheduling and clear communication from Breanna was also greatly appreciated!

  Nick and team went above and beyond for our roof replacement due to a hail storm. Insurance initially didn’t want to approve but Nick knew how to navigate the situation and got a full replacement approved. Professional, great communication, not pushy, just good people. Highly recommend

  Everyone was professional, from the office coordinator to the sales rep to the project manager. The price was fair (I got multiple bids), and the work was scheduled and completed quickly (despite the rain delays).

  I met with Nick at Storm Group a couple about water leaking through my roof after a few big storms. He was very informative about what might be happening with my roof and offered some suggestions to try to fix the problem before suggesting a full roof replacement. I then realized I needed to replace the roof anyway and worked with Nick to schedule that job. His crew worked very quickly and did a great job. Simon, the project manager was very communicative and friendly. I am very happy I hired Storm Group Roofing to do this job.

  I received excellent service from Storm Group Roofing - from the initial claim to the completion of the work. They replaced my roof, window wraps and gutters. I would highly recommend this company!

  Our experience with Storm Group was great, from start to finish. The initial inspection, walkthrough and project quoting were efficient and informative. The crew worked hard, did everything really well, and cleaned up nicely afterward. We especially appreciated Simon's contribution. He went through everything on the project sheet, spent extra time explaining and demonstrating some needed changes, and then returned to ensure everything was done. We made some much-needed upgrades and we are confident it was all done correctly, thanks to Storm Group.

  I had a great experience with Storm Group. Initially, I reached out based on a flyer left at my residence after I checked references online. The representative that came to my house was respectful and very knowledgeable about the process and materials that would be used and answered all of my questions. Getting on the schedule was straightforward and I waited a very reasonable amount of time. The cost was very fair according to my research as well. I did appreciate the standards and certifications that Storm Group had, it put my mind at ease. The work done was high-quality (I have gotten multiple compliments from neighbors), done very efficiently and the team at my house was quick to help me understand the process and any questions I might have. They did a great and thorough job of cleaning up, and were even helpful and kind to my next door neighbors throughout the installation. The office manager was very helpful in navigating the logistics and payment was simple and straightforward. I fully recommend considering Storm Group for roofing and gutter installation projects.

  We hired Storm Group Roofing to fix a leak in our roof. Others had tried to fix the issue with caulking without success, but the SGR team did an awesome job of redirecting the flow of water around our chimney. The onsite team was so careful and courteous. We highly recommend this team!

  The whole team was great to work with. Nick took a lot of time to explain the scope of work as well as the insurance side of things, which was helpful as I had never made a home insurance claim before. Simon sent photo updates of the work as it was happening, and made sure to update me as the day went on. Breanna in the office was very pleasant to work with over the phone, and was very accommodating with scheduling. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing or gutter work, and would gladly hire them again in the future.
