  Got blasted by their spammy text with a "free" so called inspection. I never consented to have my number shared with them, so they must have acquired my data somehow. If I'll need a roofer, Ill shop, get 5 bids and pick the best. Thank you for your attention on this matter.

  As a single female homeowner, I would not recommend TC to any friend, family member, or neighbor. I had a really bad experience with them that resulted in me paying a hefty cancellation fee before they did any negotiations with my insurance, before they ordered any materials, and before they did any work on my home. I had a pretty steep learning curve with insurance claims and how to go about getting a contractor to do the work, and I feel like TC took advantage of that. I felt taunted and bullied by the owner, and I won't be considering them for any future work, nor would I recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their home.

  These guys got all my damage repaired. Siding roof and gutters. Jimmy went above and beyond helping me and made it happen even when insurance made things difficult! And the crews did good work as well I’m super happy with how it all turned out!

  Long overdue review. Overall, I had a great experience with TCR! I worked with Issak, who provided phenomenal customer service! From beginning to the end—Issak was very patient, kind and went above and beyond with helping making the process as smooth as he could. He communicated in a timely manner—always. Very professional, yet had such a down to earth demeanor. He rectified an unforeseen situation swiftly and courteously, on his on accord. I had a newborn at the time and he was very understanding and not pushy. The team got to work and finished on time. Perhaps even slightly sooner. Issak applied pressure to help with insurance coverage, made me feel involved in decision making and was just genuinely a nice gentleman. And because of him, I’d work with TCR again. Thank you!

  John from Twins Cities Roofing has been the best person to deal with. He is helpful, punctual and honest about everything when it came to our roof. He has also been patient with all of the hiccups that came along and answered all the questions we had with no issues. Usually I don’t do reviews on services I receive but I just felt like other people needed to know how good John has been to work with.

  We worked with John at TCR to secure a new roof through our insurance company and could not be more impressed with John's efforts. He handled all the back and forth with our insurance company, and it was a lot, to help us get a new roof after a few bad storms. It was a 3 month process due to our very slow insurance company, but he stayed on them to make sure we got a matching roof vs. a few unmatched shingles. I would highly recommend John. He was a pleasure to work with, too. He always kept us informed and updated. Thanks for all your help, John!
