All around it's been a terrific experience working with them, and we've been satisfied above and beyond our expectations. We contracted them to repair our roof after we noticed water damage from a hailstorm a few years ago. Some panels of siding had also come loose. Our insurance company was aggressively protecting their own interests with us - they found that the water damage came from a loose pipe in the attic unrelated to the storm, and they covered one panel of siding with a ding in it but not the panels that came loose and were flapping in the wind every time it blows. The Roof Guys did a fantastic job advocating for us and getting insurance to cover everything we needed. They took extensive, professional quality photos on the outside with their drones, documented measurements of humidity on the inside, and were able to persuade insurance that the replacement siding was not an exact color match, procuring funding for us to replace the entire siding (as well as the roof) in a beautiful new color that we love way more than the way the house looked when we bought it. They also came over and fixed the leaking attic pipe that was causing the interior water damage - I never got billed for that - and I've hired them to do a string of unrelated interior handyman projects since. Working with them has been a joy and it's put value on our house and made it a better, more beautiful place to live. We're not done and I look forward to the next project together.

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with The Roof Guys from start to finish. The entire process was incredibly streamlined, organized, and stress-free, something we didn’t expect when taking on a roofing project. Their team was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with every step of the way. They took the time to explain everything clearly, stayed on schedule, and made sure no detail was overlooked. The quality of their work truly shows, and we felt confident throughout the entire process that we were in great hands. What stood out most was how seamless they made everything feel. From initial consultation to final cleanup, they handled it all efficiently and with a high level of care. We would absolutely recommend The Roof Guys to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and top-notch roofing company. You won’t be disappointed!
