  A team of representatives from MNRC did an unsolicited door-to-door stop stating they were in the area on a job. The truck had no ladders, tools, or materials visible in it, and their clothes were clean and untouched by labor, so it seems more likely they were simply canvassing the neighborhood to drum up business. They asked about hail damage and said it was related to a storm almost 8 months ago. When told that we had had the roof appraised for damage after that storm already and were not interested in another inspection the lead salesman of the team continued to press about doing an inspection. When told no a second time he still continued trying to give his sales pitch and even when I started to close the door he refused to disengage. The entire approach was designed to force me into the position of being rude in order to end the interaction and counting on the discomfort with confrontation or rudeness to avoid taking no for an answer. I told him I wouldn't do business with the company SPECIFICALLY because of the behavior he displayed in the interaction and suggested that when someone clearly says no, being pushy gives an immediate strong negative impression of the company.

  Id give zero if possible, horrible project management, craftsmanship and managment. They even placed a lean on my house before finishing the project. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

  Dan Dye was great work with, very responsive and his team did a great job replacing the roof, but never finished the rest of the claim. Very difficult to get a response. I would not recommend for completing a full storm claim.

  If I could give this company zero stars I would. They lack any communication skills required to efficiently and effectively complete a quality project. They will sign agreements under the guise that they complete the work, but it’s actually a subcontractor from god knows where, with god knows what kind of carpentry skills and that too will be evident in the workmanship, or lack there off. They will leave you high and dry with faulty and lazy workmanship, and if it’s anything like our roof, they will damage it in the process. They feel no sense of urgency to make things right and definitely do not believe in giving their customers a quality product. Once they have your money, they couldn’t care less about the state they leave your house in Be VERY aware of this company. They have great salesman that know how to manipulate, that’s the only back handed compliment I would give them. Save the time, stress, and money and go elsewhere.

  They replaced the roof of our home 6 months before we purchased it. Come to find out, the bathroom vent area was not sealed properly and caused a leak. They came out to help determine where the leak was from and sent out a "mold expert” as well. It was determined by the expert they sent that the only thing that could have caused the water was that. As further proof, once they fixed the seal, everything dried and there have been no additional issues. (We were still very much in the middle of a weird warm and cold fluctuating winter) After all this, they said they would not remove and replace the affected area because it couldn’t be determined for sure that it was the cause of their error. What??? Multiple things confirm it WAS their error. *Update after MNRC reply: I feel their response proves my point exactly. Still claiming it's not their error. And, yes, of course I wanted the relatively small piece of affected plywood removed and replaced vs just treated with a spray of sorts. I'd gamble most homeowners would.

  Outstanding from start to finish. Joseph Davitt, our project manager could not have been more helpful. He stayed in touch, communicated seamlessly with our insurance (USAA), got building permit. Could not have beeb easier. Roofing crew done in 1 day with great cleanup and new, beautiful roof. I could not be happier with Joe and MNRC. 5 or more stars!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with MNRC! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Best of all they helped with all the insurance stuff! Mack was an outstanding salesman. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel pressured. He kept me updated throughout the entire project, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. His customer service was truly exceptional. The roofing crew was hardworking, efficient, and left our property spotless when they finished. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and our new roof looks fantastic.
