Came home to find their flyer wedged into my front door. First of all, you trespassed onto private property on a private drive. Then you littered and I had to remove and dispose of the flyer. Moreover, I would never do business with your storm-chasing company based out of state.

Hi Trey, We're so sorry that you felt our restoration consultants went onto your property when they weren't supposed to. Our team is trained not to knock homes with "no soliciting" or "private property" signs - we will address the importance of respecting people's property wishes with them again. Since you are from CO, I can see how it would feel especially invasive if you thought we were not local. While we do have our corporate office in Minnesota, we have had an office in Littleton, CO since 2013 and have served thousands in the Denver area. All of our Littleton staff live and work in the area. Out of respect, we would like to be sure that your property is not contacted again and address any other concerns you have. If you would send your address to info@pcsrenew.com I will ensure that it doesn't happen again.

Worse experience with a contractor I have had in many years.

Somehow PCS got my number after the recent storm and reached out asking if there was interest in getting a quote. I thought this was a little weird, as I didn't sign up for anything nor request anything, but no big deal. Several hours later I get a follow-up text stating they assessed my house had damage and would love to speak about the damages. The issue here is 1. I never gave this company my contact info so how did they message me? 2. While some of my neighbors did have some minor damage my house fortunately did not have any damage. So why is this company sending fear mongering texts to drum up business? I get that these events can be profitable for companies, but the way they went about it was super sketchy.

The follow up service is terrible. Do not use. Had problems but basically left me hanging. Now it is my problem.

We had many windows replaced and Kevin was a Godsend , we don’t think we could have managed without his immense amount of help. He checked in with us all along the way, as well as moving furniture, taking down window treatments and then putting them back up. Amazing!

Our window replacement journey was an insurance challenge that took 18 months to get through and PCS’ persistence was critical in finally getting the claim fully honored. There were other complications in the process and PCS always did the right thing to move things forward. The installation was in the timeframe indicated and was done more quickly than we expected. The punch list items (only two of them) were both addressed effectively. We appreciate PCS’s professionalism and ease of communications. The new windows are great.

Thanks for sharing your experience and for your patience throughout such a long insurance process, Paul! We’re thrilled you’re enjoying your new windows, and we sincerely appreciate the opportunity to work with you!
