  Really bad experience with this company. They did a bad work in my roof. When I notify the person who did the job he said that was not his fault. I had a leak before they fix the roof and he never notified the insurance company or me and now the leak is bad and he blame the hurricane when the leak was there prior to the hurricane and he only cover the area without fixing the problem. He showed me the picture from June 2022 when he came to my house to check the leaking when he was fixing the roof and the leaking was there, how he is going to said that was the hurricane and they can not cover the leak and I need to pay for the repair when the hurricane was 3 months after he did the roof? The person who came to my house said they are going to fix it and never call me back. He lied to me and the insurance company. I don't recommend this company if you want to have a good service. Now they want me to pay to repair what they did wrong when the insurance paid them to do a job. The person who did job is a complete liar. Don't trust in this company.

  Edit/Update since Turnkey has decided to post a reply to my review FOUR YEARS AFTER THE FACT… You are incorrect Turnkey- the client that hired you was NOT happy with the work. You are also wrong about there being more to the issues that didn’t involve you? ALL of the issues involved Turnkey. My review was, and still is, the honest truth and it’s unfortunate that your response lacked any responsibility and came far too late… Turnkey recently replaced the roof on the home I am renting... Everything was done through the landlord/owner of the home (so if Turnkey states they have no record of me in their system, as they have already tried to do, that is why). The job took two days and in those two days we had to frequently “walk” our yard checking for HUGE NAILS, HUGE STAPLES, and even an ENTIRE ROLL OF NAILS for a pneumatic nail gun! We understand that they were still working, but during their breaks we have dogs we needed to let out to use the bathroom and these things being in our grass was a hazard to say the least. We made the workers aware of what we were finding just as a heads up that it was dangerous, and we can’t have that stuff in our yard (especially at the end of the day when they pack up and leave for the night). We threw SO MANY dangerous items away- and that doesn’t even include all of the other things like plastic trash, random fabric pieces, and old shingles that were left strewn across our yard... When placing some of the trash in the dumpster that was in our driveway, we noticed cans in the dumpster: Mexican Beer. Is that allowed? A professional company drinking beer while working on a roof, leaving dangerous materials in our yard!? When the roof was completed, we walked the yard yet again and felt we did a good job cleaning up THEIR MESS! Sadly, we were wrong. While outside with my dogs I was IMPALED, THROUGH MY SHOE, WITH AN INCH-LONG RUSTY NAIL! I had to pry the nail from my foot with my shoe as it had nailed my shoe to my foot. The neighbors aske

  Turnkey replaced my roof after the 2017 hurricane through insurance, easy to work through. Recently selling the house and it showed granule loss. Zach was EXCELLENT at getting me set with the manufacturer to see if the shingles were eligible for replacement. Would recommend him in the future!

  Jacob Mellow came out to do the estimate on our roof leak repair. He was courteous, knowledgeable and fact-based in his assessment. He also took lots of photos which he used to explain the proposed repair and visibly show what was needed. He then called to explain how much it would cost and how that would be divided between our warranty service company and our own contribution. Finally, three men appeared and spent quality time on the repair. Throughout the process, Jacob kept us informed and gave us a link to photos needed to explain the repair. The word I woud use to describe Turnkey Roofing is "professional".

  Manny from TurnKey roofing of Florida was exceptional. He was honest, communicative, and punctual. He answered every question I had in a timely fashion. Manny‘s professionalism made me feel comfortable. I’m glad we went with turnkey roofing. Steven S.

  I highly recommend Turnkey roofing, they replaced my roof and I am extremely happy with their workmanship and the materials as well as the appearance. They showed up on time and early in the day and worked hard until dusk to get the job done fast, a relatively large roof job that was complete in just two days and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Initially started out with Paul who is very honest and was very knowledgeable and then worked with Zach who did not disappoint and was also very honest and knowledgeable. I have no qualms about referring them and will call them for all future ( hopefully never needed) roof repairs! Thanks Turnkey for my beautiful new roof, it’s perfect!!!!!

  We had a very good experience with this company and definitely recommend them. The sales manager Paul met with us and explained everything, then updated us as needed right until the final inspection. They finished the job in 2 days, cleaned up and handled all the paperwork, very professional

  They had to do our roof twice. They did such a bad job the first time that the inspector made them remove the entire roof they installed and redo the entire roof. This took a series of months. They apparently tried to get around having to replace the entire roof again by working out a repair agreement with the shingle company. The repairs didn’t pass city inspection. We were getting our roof replaced to qualify for cheaper insurance and the delay ended up costing us thousands of dollars because we were unable to switch insurance for months until the final inspection was passed. We requested a discount for the delay and they declined. Then, after the roof was installed the second time, they spontaneously offered us a $250 discount (about a 1% discount) with a non disparagement clause attached that discouraged posting the story on social media. We declined the $250.

  Best experience overall. Juan was very professional, kind, friendly and was very responsive to all my calls, text messages and emails. The roofing experience was perfect. they showed up on the day promised, on time, and did high quality work. I was very impressed with the job. Each worker introduced themselves and we spoke briefly. Juan and his Father Alfonso were very involved in the project. Very nice family operation. I would highly recommend Turnkey for all your roofing needs. They were honest, trustworthy, and did as they promised. High quality work. Thank you Juan, Alfonso and the the whole crew that worked on my home.

  Turnkey Roofing of Florida did a great job on our new roof. Zach S. was very professional with all the information we needed, and gave us a reasonable estimate. He explained everything that would be done, and what we should expect. His crew was on time, did a professional job, and cleaned up all the debris before they left. The roof looks great and is the exact color and style we wanted. I would definitely recommend Turnkey Roofing of Florida to anyone needing roof work done.

  These guys were fantastic! From the time of hiring to the time of completion they were nothing but professional. Nathan, the project manager, kept me up to date and informed as to what was happening and what was next on the job. Excellent communication skills. I am very impressed with every bit of this company.
