  Drivers are assholes. Just watched one of their drivers on 528 cut people off and road rage with a full load in his truck because a car went around him in the left lane while he was doing 60 mph. The dude in the truck looked like he was tweaking on something as he was flipping people off. Definitely would not want that dude on my property. If you have no regard for human life to drive like that you Definitely don't care about how good of a job you do with your work and it shows. 5/5/2026 @ 10:12am

  Reckless driver; overtaking other cars using dangerous maneuvers; traveling at 84 mph on a road with a maximum speed limit of 70 mph. I followed this driver—who may have been drunk or under the influence of substances—for over 10 miles. Location: I-4 Eastbound toward Orlando, today, May 13th, at 5:00 PM.

  No one spoke English. Took a 2 1/2hour break all over my carport and yard. No one communicated with me about delays. Very bad experience. Would not recommend.

  I haven’t used them but after their door salesmen decided to bang on my door repeatedly, ring the doorbell multiple times and then start shouting the company name I won’t be using you. He just kept going until my husband opened the door to inform him he just woke up our 1 year old daughter. We have it on our ring doorbell and I’m pretty annoyed

  They came amd fixed my roof ahead of schedule. They were clean and it looks good. Project manager Victor was very helpful. And he followed up after he booked the job. Would use again because if the customer service.

  Worked with JCM Roofing services to get my home fixed through my insurance. They were selected by the insurance carrier to help me. They are definitely a top-notch operation. I worked with Billy directly. He was my project manager and my inspector and I can’t say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them and highly recommend Billy

  I recently hired JCM Roofing Services for a full roof replacement and new gutters, and I am highly impressed with the final product. A quick thank you to Billy for keeping me updated via text and handling the background coordination. What stood out most was JCM’s integrity and responsiveness. When I had a question about the underlayment process, the team listened and made sure everything was installed to a premium, code-compliant standard for maximum wind mitigation. They even took care of a custom gutter run for our back patio and did a very thorough magnetic sweep so the yard was completely clean and nail-free. They honored the contract and provided all my warranty paperwork immediately upon completion. Highly recommend them if you want a contractor who uses top-tier materials and takes pride in doing the job right!
