  The homeowner insisted on reusing an existing solar attic fan and expects us to warranty it due to an opinion that we damaged it over a year ago during the installation and she just started having an issue now.

  Lewis Roofings owner is not standing behind our warranty. Never offered to look at the problem. Our roof is 3 years old with many issues. Being blamed on the products they used. Very poor job.

  Some people will never be satisfied! I asked Mrs Keene for the report she mentioned in her phone call that mentioned the foam not adhering some of the tile and never heard back from her and never got the report. She also claimed we installed the tile improperly because we didnt put nails in it and by code you can't use nails only screws or foam and screws.

  The salesman was nice, but at the end of the day, he ended up being just that- a salesman. Price ended up being more than agreed upon, things were left in my yard and never picked up (even after I reminded them), simple things that were supposed to be done never were, I have had MANY roof nails in my yard (especially after heavy rain, which leads me to think they were left on the roof), my gutters leak even though they were repaired, and finally- I have rain damage in a part of my roff when I never had any damage at all before their repairs. I regret not getting more quotes.

  Rebecca I'm sorry! We do not have 1 phone call to the office from you about any of this so we were not aware of any of the issues. We did your roof almost a year ago.

  I would not use this company ever again. I hired them to fix the leaking balcony roof. The workmanship was absolutely terrible. They did not fix all the stucco they were supposed to either. When I asked the crew chief when they planned on repairing the stucco he said he'd send someone out. I also sent him pictures where it had to be cut out and repaired. The guy came out and slapped some stucco on areas that didn't need it and didn't address the areas that did need it. When it was time to get paid I again asked the crew chief when they were going to finish the stucco and he said he wasn't aware of any issues. I pointed out the pictures I send him a month prior, still not fixed... They also left a mess. I picked up more than 40 screws around the pool, they left a pile of debris for me to clean up including drink bottles, a hat and a broken compressor that's still leaning against my house. I literally paid them to get off my property. I'm currently in the process of having the balcony deck redone. I felt like I was in an Abbott and Costello routine dealing with them. I normally do not leave bad reviews but they keep pestering me to leave them a review so here it is.

  Sorry for your bad experience. Technically you were past your cancellation period. Our company is just like any other company. We charge you for the work we do. The permit does not get pulled by itself it requires hours of work and sometimes a trip to the courthouse on top of the trip to the building department. $250 seems very fair. You also paid with a credit card so there was credit card processing fees. We had your material ordered and job on the calendar when you cancelled

  Lewis roofing, did a great job, they finished my roof in 2 days, workers did a great job cleaning up, I would choose them again if I had to and would recommend them to people.

  Work was down as promised, but hast makes wast lots of areas was miss ie: Soft didn’t get put back up properly; look like a 4 year old putting a puzzle together. However, company sent someone to fix after I called them.

  Outstanding service. Roof was replaced after a failure of the previous roof, a process which exposed unforeseen problems that were promptly and creatively solved

  We have called him back multiple times. He is just not getting the answer he wants. The issues he has are building code items that have nothing to do with his roof replacement. He is using this platform as a weapon to try and get what he wants.

  Update, 3/10/25, Thank you, finally a new roof and Thanks to (Chylo)for the gutters. Your workers did an excellent job. Took the time to pull items out of the way to not damage any plants I had in the area. The clean up after the installation was outstanding. I highly recommend (Johnny) Lewis Roofing for their diligent work ethics. (Last Year review)-2024 A hurricane devasted Port St Lucie, FL about a year ago. All home owners roofs were damaged all blue tarps are on the houses but for some ungodly reason FEMA never found out about it. A different roofing company convinced me to file an insurance claim saying that a new roof was possible. The insurance company declined my claim saying that the upfront cost would be less than my co-payment. I would have to pay out of pocket well that didn't sit well with the roofing company and bailed out saying I still needed an entire new roof. So I seen Lewis Roofing on Facebook and seen all the good reviews how this company can give an estimate for a new roof and repair cost. To my surprise Lewis Roofing gave an estimate and stated the out of pocket cost will not cover an entire roof and that the insurance company was incorrect on their estimate of the damages and he could connect me to an Attorney who can reach out to the insurance company. Lewis Roofing even went above and beyond to get me started on canceling the old contract I had with the prior roofing company that didn't want to repair any damages to the roof. In one day Lewis Roofing was able to reach out to the Attorney and get me out of a contract that was holding me back from getting a settlement. Lewis Roofing is a wonderful company he is an amazing person and I'm looking forward in the future when I finally get a new roof because of all his help. I owe a million thank you to his Company.
