  Terrible experience and outcomes with this company. After the first repair, the water leak got way worse and they installed fascia that was slanted and chipped. No quality control. For months, they tried to brush me off saying the leak was a gutter issue all while my roof and supporting structures continued to crack and damage. So then I was forced to hire gutter professionals who told me that its a roof issue. Since Max and Chase at Rhino didnt believe me, I climbed all the way and traversed into the roof attic (extremely dangerous) and took a video of leak to prove that they were wrong. Only then, they agreed to do a water leak test, and voila they found the leak. How do you not source/diagnose a leak before you fix something?? This should be standard protocol. So of course Rhino wants to double the money to fix what should have been done in the beginning a few months prior. Then after the 2nd repair, after not receiving a report nor pics of what was done, I found that they didnt even replace 30 ft of metal flashing after they charged me for it. After I brought this up, Chase tried telling me this is standard protocol to not replace the flashing (lol) and then he got heated and threatened to add interest to my bill and take me to collections if I dont pay by the next day. Scammy tactics and aggressive behavior. Avoid this company if you want peace of mind and quality work that will last more than a few months. Get multiple quotes.

  I never Quit you fired me for driving to the job site after you advised me to do so for convenience of where i reside.Yes i obtained days i showed up late which is why the plan of using my vehicle to drive to site came into effect.Being hourly it hurt me financially. You knew my situation after having my daughter and you and bill showed no regards to being evicted with a newborn!

  Was told I had to pay a fee of $50 for them to come out and give me an estimate on my leak which was not to be deducted from the bill. So I called three other companies not one charged a dime to give me an estimate on my repair. Hope your 50 was worth losing $2800.

  I had a tree fall down on my building and I wanted to have a roofing company fix it immediately. They said they would be out the same day. They never came and now I have a hole in my roof and I hope it doesn't rain. I told a bunch of other companies that tried to get our business that we were in good hands. Noys was the company that put this roof on. I assume they thought I was trying to get it done under warranty and lost interest. This is an insurance claim. Not only is this extremely inconvenient but they lost significant amount of money. The Receptionist that answers the phones seems to care less. Very unhappy considering we tried to give them our business again.

  Max came out today to check my roof for a leak. He went up to look at checked attic for damage. Suggested repairs and checked everything. What a refreshing change. Honest friendly experience. If leak continues I will definitely be calling Max back. Thank you Rhino roofing.

  After repairs were done on our Shingle roof by rhino roofing. We bought the maintenance program for inspection and gutter cleaning. Jimmy just came out for our first gutter cleaning and he was wonderful. he was thorough and did not leave a mess. He helped us blow out the downspouts that were clogged. Thank you, Jimmy!

  Max was the person came to inspect my roof, he is on time, friendly, honest and knowledgeable, he honestly told me my roof needs nothing done at the moment, and no charge for his time today. I definitely will call him when I need service for my roof in the future!
