  BCR did our roof 2 years ago and now refusing to honor their warranty. Made multiple phone calls and emails sent with no response. Some how the warranty mailbox is full???? Stay away from BCR.

  Employees disregard no soliciting signs in gated communities, and signs posted on property and will STILL ring your door during work hours. Good way to make sure the company name is only avoided in the future.

  I've been waiting over 90 days for resolution on my roof project and talked to 5 different people at the Central Florida BCR location without success. Each person I've managed to talk to has been fired/laid off one after another and there is no guidance on who to talk to and how to resolve my contract so we can obtain the certificate of completion to complete my insurance claim from Hurricane Milton. It's nearly impossible to get direct phone numbers or emails, Tampa office doesn't talk to Orlando and claims they don't have numbers for them - which is where Contracts/AR is based. This has been the most draining, distressing and stressful construction project I've dealt with. The whole process feels shady, no one can give accurate contract numbers, there are no itemized expenses after numerous emails, phone calls and conversations. My roof project sits halfway finished and no one can answer a question clearly or consistently about what's happening next and how we move from the current state to a certificate of completion. As of yesterday, I was informed that there are $3k in additional unapproved charges from July's install that I never approved and was never informed of until chasing the AR department for the last 30+ days. I never received an invoice until yesterday for anything. I found out today their AR department was fired this morning. I have no idea where to go next. I would recommend avoiding this company.

  I would not recommend Best Choice Roofing. We had an agreed upon amount with them and our insurance company, then after the job was done they charged us an extra almost $2,000 for supplemental lighting fees and wood. We repeatedly asked for more detailed explanations to provide our insurance company as they requested, but were not provided the required information. They then threatened a lean on our house for that final payment, so we paid them. Once paid, they have completely ignore my emails, phone calls and voicemails to provide the required paperwork for our insurance company so we can try to get reimbursement. They can just charge for whatever nonsense they want after the job is complete and you really have no say unless you want to pursue a costly lawsuit. I have been very friendly in my requests for the information, but have not received any kind of Customer Service or communication from them. I have waited several months to try to resolve this with them, but after completley being ignored, I want to share my experience. I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere.

  Here are the pros and cons on Best Choice Roofing.Pros. They can help you get financing. They were very organized and communicative up front. They will do the entire roof in a day (I think they send a prenotarized document signing off on the inspections, maybe they take pics and get approval to leave the doc?) Cons: They lie: 1. Day before installation Ricardo told me that my loan program was no longer available and I needed to change lenders. I called the sales person and she confirmed this was a lie, BC changed lenders and forgot to put something on my loan so wanted me to sign with their new lender. She was able to resolve and we kept the 1st lender. 2. The day after the roof was done Courtney told me they needed me to sign the Certificate of completion (COC) because my loan was expiring. I was waiting on BC to address an ssue with the flashing that was patched with silicon caulk. Spoke with the lender and confirmed that was a lie, we had a year before the loan expires and if it's not done, dont sign. 3. BC used a "better caulk" to fix the issue with the joint in the flashing. I told them this was not sufficient and was waiting on them to fix. Danielle lied and told me I wouldnt have a warranty because I had not signed the COC. I tried to explain what a COC was Danielle kept talking over me and we ended up in a screaming match. :( They came back out and "fixed" the roof. Patching in a short piece of flashing with lots a silicone that will hopefully divert the water from the bad joint. I dont think its good enough but I have to move on. Maybe it's the best they can do....Just dont use them and hire a general contractor you trust.

  My Grandson who works for Best Choice Roofing did an excellent job showing me all the different products that would go on a roof. The inspection was very thorough and swift didnt take much time at all. Hes very smart and knowledgeable. Paul and his crew were very kind they cleaned up well and took good care of me.

  I am loving my new roof that was replaced by Best Choice Roofing. I want to give thanks to Gio for giving me the courage to go ahead and go to the process off my roof replacement. He was a great help along with Ruben to assist with the process of my roof replacement. I also want to thank Paul and his crew all the work they did. The crew was respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves. I experienced a professional staff that I would recommend anyone to use them. As of now since all the rain we have been having there is no leaks. Thanks to all. Gary

  Best Choice Roofing is THE BEST CHOICE. All of their employees and the roofers were wonderful, especially Maxim Furman and Ruben Jurado. Maxim and Ruben provided me with all the information and details as the process went along and answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. The roofers were very efficient, the project was completed before time. They also were very conscientious in cleaning the work area and beyond. Not a nail, roofing tile, piece of paper, or trash could be found anywhere in my yard. I called about when the dumpster would be picked up and the next time I passed the front windows, it was gone. I didn't even hear them when it was removed. I also want to mention that my neighbors have commented on the roof and how nice it looks and the expediency of completion.
